I have to say that I was very skeptical after my lack of research for the company before submitting my order. There is a lot of bad reviews about the company. I have to say that I had no issues and actually exerienced great customer experience. To my surprise after inspection the wheels came nearly undamaged. They were neatly packed and very well padded between each wheel. In addition, the wheels experience the slightest big of scratching in the far back of the wheel (no one is gonna see that). The wheels came faster than expected and I ordered ESR CS 15 with Vercelli Stradda II and they came in a week and half. Unfortunately, their website doesn't upload the tracking shipment number in time and I had no idea. I kinda just came home to them. Their website is super friendly and really easy to use. Now all I gotta do is drop my car on coil overs.

My experience with Fitment Industries was great if your looking for wheels this is definitely the place you want to get them they have the best prices and they offer financing! When I ordered my wheels I think shipping said it would take 2 weeks or so my wheels were here in 5 days it may have even been sooner but everything was great I had no hiccups everything went great! If your in the market for wheels tires or suspension these are your guys

I have used fitment industries for 2 of my car builds and both times they have been nothing but fantastic! More recently, Paul helped me over the phone to make sure that not only the wheels I wanted would fit, but that they actually had them in stock! He helped explain what would and would not fit, what he had seen work for my car, and just did an amazing job! Will be returning for Wheels, Suspension, and really whatever else I need

Bate and switch

I do not recommend fitment industries because they have several problems one being I ordered all in stock parts and ended up having to order 1 of the rims. Secondly the shipping and tracking does not seem to update on the website. Last but most important they told me that I didn't have to wait to order my wheels and tires for the black Friday sale I could just call back to have the price adjusted if mine were on sale And I just got off the phone with them and they told me I was out of luck and they are charging me for extra shipping now! Stay away!

Amazing

The customer service is amazing from Fitment Industries. Zach helped me resolve all the problems I had with my order within minutes. I recommend getting all your car needs whether it's wheels, tires, or suspension you gotta check them out! Or grab yourself some heat off their apparel store. I heard they're giving away a brand new airlift performance air suspension this month! So grab them quick while there HOT! And I know times are rough and money is short you can still support them by subscribing to their YouTube channel and liking those sick videos! But in all seriousness Zack was the man! Come support this awesome company!

First time buying wheels

Experience was overall great. Relatively fast shipping, good packaging. Unfortunately I did not receive my lug nuts with my wheels but support easily helped me get replacements. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

3 weeks and no movement

I purchased 4 rims and tires for my mk6 gti from Fitment industries about 3 weeks ago... March 5th so 20 days ago to be exact and it still says that the order has yet to arrive at their warehouse. I am not sure that it is entirely Fitment industries fault, but if i don't see any movement by once April hits I am going to find a way to cancel my order because it is kind of ridiculous how long this has taken.

Incomplete order

I didn't mind the fact it took 3 weeks to get my wheels. What bothered me was when they came the lug nuts were not shipped and I had to email about getting them. Again minor mistake. However I was shocked to see that they were not being next day aired to me. Furthermore, I put the wheels in my garage and one of the weights came loose from the wheel just from rolling it to the side of the garage. Not very pleased with this purchase.

Because you'll have to jump through hoops to get them replaced... This company does not respect your time and have the most inconvenient and ridiculous return policy. One of the wheels in my package was cast wrong and had a wobble that was impossible to balance. Way too many hoops to jump through to get a replacement, which should come from Fitment Industries. Claiming "warranty" on a brand new wheel is just poor business and passing the buck. Fitment Industries policies are trash, I'll be finding my wheels elsewhere from now on.

Slow

I purchased a set of four tires (just tires - no wheels, no mounting, balancing or anything complicated) that were in stock. A week later my order still hasn't moved from "order being prepped". Emailed customer service, no response yet. I thought I would give these guys a try, but I'll be cancelling my order if I don't get a response by tomorrow. TireRack would have shipped already.

50/50 Experience

The website has it's issues here and there as well as the inconsistency in the delivery process. Ordering wasn't bad, just a few items were out of stock but were not labeled as such until I had received an email hours after my order. When my order did arrive the tracking was off and the products were carelessly placed in my driveway(not FI's fault but still) and no signature required, no knock at the door, nothing.

Return policy

Purchased wheels from their website, entered vehicle information, selected wheels, answered more detailed questions about my vehicle, finished transaction. Wheels do not fit. They want $400 to return because I didn't physically call and speak to somebody to verify fitment.

There were scratches on the lips barely any protection at all around the wheel. But after a good talk in customer service they were kind enough to reimburse some money for the wheels. Besides that I'd still buy products from them! (Only if they have more secured packaging)
