Shipped my wheels but one wheel was missing a center cap. Had to call them to get another one. It was noted on the invoice BEFORE it shipped that it only had 3 center caps! Why would they even ship the order if it wasn't complete? The center cap shipped from the manufacturer and an order has been placed but has shipped yet. There idea is out of site, out of mind. When I called to see where the center cap was or if I could get tracking, it was simply put that its up to the manufacturer to ship it.
I had purchased to wrong caps for my '17 370Z wheels. Contacted Fitment and explained my mistake. They got me the correct caps, and sent me a return shipping label for the incorrect caps. I dealt with several different people, but mainly Brittany regarding the return process. Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you!

Ordered wheel and tire package with tpms and ceramic coating. After waiting over a month, and being notified that there was QC issue that caused the delay, I received a comically warped wheel. I know this wasn't done in shipping because there was about 15 ounces of weights added (and falling off) to try to balance the thing. They had to see this if they applied the ceramic coating I paid for. The other three appear ok and have a normal amount of balancing weights, but now I don't really trust if they been mounted correctly. I've reached out but haven't heard anything within the promised window and am worried I'm about to be another horror story trying to get this resolved.
Fitment Industries' customer service (Richard) is awesome. All my questions were answered and was assisted in ordering the correct fitment for my vehicle. They are highly recommended for purchasing items for your vehicle.
I called looking for a inquiry on specific set of wheels. I've looked on three other carriers and none of them were able to get ahold of them. I recently purchased a set of wheels and tires from Fitment Industries. After waiting 2 weeks for shipping I was disappointed to see they sent the wrong wheels. I attempted to contact their customer service team the day of receiving the wheels and numerous days following via phone and email as I wanted to process an expeditious return/exchange for the wheels for my nephew to put on the car I gave him to go back to school in. It took a week just to get a response from customer service. And when I finally did, they stated I needed to pay a $400 restocking fee to send the wheels back bc in a recorded conversation with their wheel 'expert' I described the wheels I wanted as polished black instead of gloss black. So they sent a polished silver wheels instead of a gloss black wheel, even when I had emailed pictures of black wheels to them that I wanted. Their 'specialist' did not verify visually during the order the wheel he was inputting either, but me calling a gloss black wheel a polished black wheel on recorded conversation was a $400 mistake as a customer, sad. They refused to let me speak to a manager in customer service, stated that they do everything via email, and as stated it took a week to get a response after a 2 week wait for shipping. Please use a more reputable company that will be appreciative of your business and helpful after taking your money, VERY DISAPPOINTED, POOR SERVICE, BAD EXPERIENCE, Would not recommend Fitment Industries AT ALL.
I spoke with Jeremy about the wheels I was interested in for my 2015 Porsche Panamera GTS and he was able to verify the correct fitment for it as he'd already worked with someone else on the exact vehicle. This gave me confidence in knowing that I was purchasing the right wheels for my ride. I appreciate your help Jeremy and yes, I purchased the wheels.

Anthony helped me with so many questions for my really specific fitment on my 370, not only was he in depth in his explanation about each wheel and was able to give me a list of wheels with the specs that fit my car and it's calipers, as well as which wheels were in available and still in production. Truly gave me great customer service and over a few days I was able to find the color and style of wheel I was looking for with his assistance. Definitely will be always getting wheels from fitment from now, thanks again Anthony.

I just bought a FL5 Type R and they come stock with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S high performance summer tires. I live in the Midwest where the winter months can be quite cold. Instead of having to change between summer & all-season tires with the stock wheels twice a year I prefer to keep 2 sets of wheel / tire set-up. There are so many options on aftermarket wheels and specs so I decided to reach out to Fitment Industries on options for my CTR. I called FI and spoke with Customer Service Rep. Izack Avarado. Izack was great... He listened to what I was wanting to do in fitting a set or 18 inch aftermarket wheels I could run in the cold weather months. I had concerns about the fitment because of the big stock Brembo brake calipers on the CTR. Izack put together and sent me a list of options based on my preferences. The whole process took less than 2 hours and now all that is left to do is wait for my new wheels to arrive. Based on my experience if you are looking for wheels, tires or other suspension parts I would encourage you to check out Fitment Industries. It's just too easy and they will make sure whatever you purchase will work with your vehicle.

Purchased first set of wheels barely cleared my brakes called to get new wheels and made sure to ask twice that new wheels will clear they assured the would wheels comes and catch my brakes now its my fault they sellsperson doesn't know his job"andrew" then ignores my calls won't answer properly $#*!ties experience i ever had will never buy anything here

They stated the wheels and tires would fit my car (I went bigger). I asked for them to be shipped loose mounted/ separate, but they sent the tired mounted anyways after getting confirmation from 2 different people
The tires are too big and are rubbing, so I reached out by email 4 times with the service report and called about 6 times today straight to voicemail, not even a callback when that option was selected. No response until 5 minutes before their lines cut off as out of business hours…
I'm still within time to return but it seems they're waiting until that threshold is passed.

Spoke with Patrick and when I tell you this guy was professional and just so personable. He really made the purchase extremely easy. Not being as well versed in tires as I should be, he was thorough, patient, and sent me numerous examples to choose from when I was trying to find the proper tire for my area (Louisiana). I found a great and durable option that was double the tread life of what I was going to buy and had better tread depth and other great ratings as well for not much more than what I was already going to spend. Honestly after speaking with him, I feel more confident in buying the proper tire in the future and am really happy about my purchase. No rush or pressure. Just all around great service. I hope you see this one Patrick because I am super grateful. A+ experience with fitment industries. Waiting on my wheels to arrive and will post pics of them on my car when they do!

I have used fitment industries for 2 of my car builds and both times they have been nothing but fantastic! More recently, Paul helped me over the phone to make sure that not only the wheels I wanted would fit, but that they actually had them in stock! He helped explain what would and would not fit, what he had seen work for my car, and just did an amazing job! Will be returning for Wheels, Suspension, and really whatever else I need
