BUYER BEWARE! This company is so horrible and scammers. On March 15 they took $10,000 from me to get me two sets of equipment. The contract states 2-6 weeks for delivery. 16 weeks later I have nothing. They said they needed more time and I asked for my money back. They said on one of the items that was never SHIPPED they are charging me a 20% restocking fee. Law says if they have not shipped it out they can not charge. They took my restocking money and said they will refund me the rest in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later I still do not have a refund. Every time you email they get back to you days later and the excuse is that someone is always out of town. Worst customer service, stole my funds and considered it "restocking" when they never had it. If you do business with them its up to you, but do not pay them in full until you have proof your item is being shipped. They are scam artists and very unprofessional and don't know how to run a business. I have all email threads and would love to share if any consumer reading this wants a copy.
