I ordered a medal display case from Flags Connection. They sent me the wrong size twice. Terrible quality and the stain was not applied in several areas. Customer Service/Management was very difficult to deal with. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back, which i did. I would never buy from them again.

It's a nice box. It's rather large, I bought it for a retirement flag and ended up having to re-fold it bigger. My only complaint with it is the cost. For what you get I think you can find comparable products that are a hundred or cheaper.
