I received a call after my negative feedback asking it be removed. They offered me a $25 future store credit. I declined. It took over three weeks to get my unit although their website says six business days. When I declined their $25 store credit, they still asked I remove the negative feedback. Please review their feedback. It is terrible. I will tell you this after I receive the unit. It worked perfectly. This company is not good to do business with.
