I do genuinely love the idea behind the company, especially in the ability to sample small amounts of different spirits and learn about different distillers. But the price point of many of these selections are steep, especially if you have good liquor stores around you offering the same bottle for 2/3 the price. Also shipping for my last two shipments has been problematic. I am not entirely sure if the issue is with Flaviar or their shipping service, but shipping is always double the amount of time quoted (and this is after getting in touch with customer service multiple times to get a status of an order). But again, I do love the idea of the company and the ability to discover new brands. I guess if you don't have great stores around you and you don't mind waiting extra for a shipment, this could be the place for you
Very fun for spirits enthusiasts. What's more, Flaviar has the orders fulfilled through local, LICENSED retailers! And, if something dos go wrong, their support team is on point, and goes above and beyond to make it right.

Many orders for various spirits, I've been a customer for years.
We PRE-ORDERED over $1000 worth of advent calendars for our whiskey club I'm mid-October, December is only a couple days away and they still have not shipped and the only way to contact them is via email and waiting a couple days for a reply. The last email stated that we "might" receive them the second week of December, what's the point? It's an advent calendar that starts December 1st, not half way through December! Members who did not pre-order have already received their calendars, but our large order still has not been shipped and still does not have a ship date. Beware of Flaviar, especially with time sensitive products!
Tip for consumers:
Stay far away

Nothing, haven’t received it
Flaviar is a club that for a few bucks sends you monthly samples of spirits. It's a lot of fun and you get to taste fantastic samples of the booze of your choice. I happen to like whiskeys the best and get to taste the best of them before I buy an expensive bottle. The shipments may be slow, but upon investigation, that's the post office's fault and not Flaviar's.
Horrible, wish I could give it zero stars.
Placed an order on Nov 16th, 2023 for an ADVENT calendar...which begins on Dec 1st and ends on Dec 25th.
On Nov 30th, I emailed them, as there is no phone number to speak with an actual human, and explained that according to their tracking, only a label was printed so there is no way the package would ever get there in time for Advent.
I asked for a full refund since NOTHING WAS EVER SHIPPED.
They emailed me back on Dec 1st at 5:56AM and claimed it was shipped via UPS at 5:56AM Dec 1st, LOL
The rep claimed that packages were guaranteed by Christmas and put a tree emoji...
As if it weren't obvious enough that this was a scam, the email was signed, "Your Flavor Concierge"...if you're going to lie, at least spell the name of the company correctly.
