Amazing selection and pricing on anything I'm looking to add to my office, home or studio -they'e not amazon with Prime services and shipping, so get over that, they offer better pricing, so may take a longer to receive, order ahead and save, otherwise pay more - there's always a choice - for me i prefer to support local - support Canadian and save! Win win -woooo
Our company purchased a piece of printing equipment from Fleet Network. The online description failed to specify the printer did not include the necessary components to even turn it on ie. Battery, cables, charger etc. The Zebra printer arrived in a shipping box. The factory packaging was inside. This was an unsealed box, no tape, staples, glue, seal, stickers, bag or any method of fixing the box closed. They refused the return because they stated it had been opened. The printer was required for immediate use, as it was incomplete we re-ordered from another site which included the components to use the printer. After a week of communicating with Fleet Network both by email and phone they refused any and all return options, leaving us stuck with an $850 incomplete mobile printer. We will never use or recommend this company. This was unfortunate as we picked them initially because they were Canadian, but policies as such have ended all further transactions.
Ordered from here as they had a good price, with free and fast shipping and I was wanting to get it before Christmas. Had a similar experience as the others, didn't ship on time, no answers on the phones and no replies to emails, etc. But found a way to get my order cancelled. Call the 844 number and press option 2, it go to tech support not sales, but they actually answered right away. The Tech support guy just wanted to send an email to sales, but I wasn't going to accept that. Asked him to forward/escalate to someone who could help me, even if it was the owner of the company. He ended up forwarding me to the webmaster, a very helpful person who was able to cancel my order, on the spot.

Don't waste your time. Go Elsewhere.

This was my 2nd purchase from Fleet. The 1st time I ordered 2 Unifi cameras, they arrived 2 days later... I thought I found a great company to get Unifi products... then I ordered another Unifi camera... 2 months later they finally shipped it after 5 messages on the Chat line... I don't think I'll order from them again. Really disappointed. The products were always 100% and unopened... so eventually happy... but they need to fix their logistics. Fleet... if you are back ordered... then let us know... dont take our money... then make us wait 2 months with no communication

Ordered $600 worth of items that never arrived. No update, no emails no communication whatsoever. They don't pick up phone, no answer to emails. There is a reason they do not have a google business profile because it probably got blasted by so many negative reviews. The authorities should take down this business slap them with a fine and put them in jail for wasting people's time. BIG TIME WASTERS!
I ordered something from them and it's been almost three weeks and still no update. I already emailed them a few times and also called them but no one is answering nor no response to my email. Beware! Never buy from them.
Have placed an order on Nov 12 and attempted to contact Fleet Network almost daily.
Never replied except for generic answer on web-chat like "Thank you for your patience..."
After 2 weeks sent again several emails, daily, asking to cancel the order and refund.
Same no reply.
I contacted my CC bank and they refund the amount as disputed transaction.
Fleet Network web site still showing active my order with "Awaiting Tracking Update".
I would recommend never consider doing any business with Fleet Network Canada unless want to spend time and energy trying to recover the money.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Placed my order on Oct 12, called multiple names and sent multiple messages. The line is either busy and last time I was on hold for 1 hour and I had to disconnect. 2 reps messaged me and promised to expedite my order since Nov 2nd and today is Nov 13, never received my order.
I ordered something 3 weeks ago, they charged my credit card instantly and the product has been stuck on "Awaiting for tracking update" ever since. I have waited 3h on their phone system without being able to speak to anyone. Last time was 1h of hearing the same message loop each minute then at 1h in their system hung up on me after saying to send an email to sales! They don't answer the messages I post on their website, they don't answer the emails sent to *******@fleetnetwork.ca.
Refund case open at VISA, will never ever buy from them again.
I've bought thousand of things all over Internet and this is by far the worst service I ever saw.
Same as everyone else. Ordered an item here and never received a tracking number. Took about 20 calls before even getting it to ring only to be put on hold for 90mins and to have an automated message then tell me to email them which they never responded to. Reported them to the fraud department of my credit card company who did an investigation and after 24hrs the bank reimbursed me and said they will be reporting the company to the BBB. I hope they get sued out of existence.
I bought a screen and a computer 2 month ago. Received the screen 1 week later then never received the computer. I called 3 times since then and the last one on December 21th that the message told me that there too much people on line and try to call later. I will call the credit card to get a refund. Very poor customer service.
I purchased from them as a business in 2017 and it was good... since 2018, they are scam. Never get a hold of them on the phone, charged my credit card. I actually had to ask VISA fraud department to get a refund. THey finally refunded my card. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Ordered 2 Yealink Phones. Paid over $900 with Amex and waited for 2 weeks. No update. No Shipping. Call them and waited for an hour, No answer. Need to call AMEX and cancel the transcription.

Order it pay for it never got it only a bunch of BS from them stay far away! They never answer emails or phone call got a phone number from AMEX got run around told me they were to busy would sent it out in five minutes with tracking number never got nothing!

This is now January 19 2019. In September 2018 I placed an order for a 46.00 item which I never received. Just as with many others, I found that you cannot speak to customer service on the phone, email or their joke of a live talk app. They took my money but did not send the item. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE JOKERS.
They were quick to take your payment. Item never shipped. Phone always busy. Never responded to emails.

The web site is showing false informations leading people to beleive they will have what they ordered. They dont answer there phone. They dont answer e-mail and so on...
I also discovered the owner Martin Fleet does not care about anything since we can retreive lots of complains.
Never do business whith them: fleenetwork, fleeinfo, fleesecur... They are all fraude.

I paid for an unstock item with 2 day priority shipping. 12 days later it still has not left the warehouse.
I recently ordered four boxes of wire. Only one was shipped. They don't answer my phone calls or my emails.
This company should be put out of business. I ordered two Brother MFC-L6900DW printers, and after almost two weeks, I was emailed and told by someone named Pascal, that they were being shipped the next day. He emailed me two tracking numbers.
Here's where it gets interesting. Only one printer was delivered, and when I contacted UPS, they told me that even though there was a second tracking number, the second printer (that was supposed to be the second tracking number) was never shipped. A discount price isn't worth all this hassle.
I contacted AMEX today, and had them do a chargeback for the printer that wasn't shipped, as emails to the company asking for a refund were not answered. Plus, the voice message indicates they are now closed until January 6.
What also concerns me is that I have purchased this printer in the past from Amazon, and the box for the printer shipped to me from Fleet was different. I have yet to remove it and test it, but I'm hoping they didn't sell me a refurbished unit as new. Stay tuned.
As every other reviewer has said, STAY AWAY.
This was their last chance after 2 years of not doing business with them.
They do not operate properly and do not deliver, no stock.
Placed an order... got a tracking number, was never able to contact them to follow up on a delivery.
I do not recommend. Placed order, waiting weeks without anything being shipped, had to chase them for refund.
