Amazing selection and pricing on anything I'm looking to add to my office, home or studio -they'e not amazon with Prime services and shipping, so get over that, they offer better pricing, so may take a longer to receive, order ahead and save, otherwise pay more - there's always a choice - for me i prefer to support local - support Canadian and save! Win win -woooo
Our company purchased a piece of printing equipment from Fleet Network. The online description failed to specify the printer did not include the necessary components to even turn it on ie. Battery, cables, charger etc. The Zebra printer arrived in a shipping box. The factory packaging was inside. This was an unsealed box, no tape, staples, glue, seal, stickers, bag or any method of fixing the box closed. They refused the return because they stated it had been opened. The printer was required for immediate use, as it was incomplete we re-ordered from another site which included the components to use the printer. After a week of communicating with Fleet Network both by email and phone they refused any and all return options, leaving us stuck with an $850 incomplete mobile printer. We will never use or recommend this company. This was unfortunate as we picked them initially because they were Canadian, but policies as such have ended all further transactions.

We recently purchased a kitchen printer and when it arrived, determined that it only had a phone jack so can not be used for anything but dial up. I asked them to return the item and they have claimed that all sales are final and that the product "works". They have sold something that is completely useless and I had to have a service technician in to look at it and determine that. No refund, just we might be able to sell you the other part. Awful customer service. What a scam

Impossible to reach, they do not answer phones. I've been emailing and calling for close to a month trying to get information on a switch i paid for, which was in stock but hasn't been delivered. Date of order was December 6th 2020 it's now February 1 2021.
Ordered from their website cable and terminals, never got anything but a confirmation email. No follow up, never delivered, waited on the phone over an hour to speak with some guy who said the order was shipped, but no tracking number. After a month and no further news from them I made sure that my credit card transaction was cancelled and my money refunded.
Complete SCAM and FRAUD, not even worth a single star, stay away at all cost.

I too wish I had read these reviews first. Ordered the product Nov 1 2018. Never received it. Called the number, always busy. Sent emails, no responses. Fortunately they did give us our money back, but stay away from this one
Ordered a 3D Printer and filament based on the website assuring delivery by a given date. This date has long passed. Order shows 'Awaiting tracking information' for the past week.
All attempts to reach the company via email, Live chat that does not work or phone have failed. I will have to wait another 2 weeks then I can open a charge reversal case with my credit card company.
I wish I had looked up reviews on these people before ordering.

Ordered a printer, charged right away. Item is still "Awaiting Tracking" almost 3 weeks later. I tried calling their phone (it doesn't work), live chat gets no response, no email response.
I'm opening a dispute with my credit card company.
BEWARE
Bought a notebook online and next day they sent us an email advising that the item is not available and they will refund the money. It's been 10 days, we've spent hours on the phone for them to answer, no success yet. Total scam, stay away! Good bye to our $1300:-(
Ordered one item. Then no news for two weeks before I tried to reach them. Impossible on the phone. Impossible by email. Impossible by their account messaging. Despite several attempts. Three weeks later, they just sent me a cancellation email, saying it was "refunded"; it is not. I will have to open a claim with my credit card company. What a waste of time.

Order never arrives, they are impossible to get a hold of. They finally called be back and promised things would get delivered by such and such a date but they have not been. They also promised to send me a tracking email, it never came. Can't call the number they called from because it is unlisted. For a company with so much e-commerce opportunity they throw it away by being the worst run company I have ever dealt with!
I wish I had read the reviews on this site prior to ordering from them. I placed an order from the a month ago for an item that was listed as being in stock. It never shipped, and they never replied to any of the emails I sent to them asking about the status of my order. Also, despite the logos of credit card companies on their website, you can't actually choose to pay by credit card at checkout - only paypal is accepted. I wonder why? Since previous reviewers mentioned using this method of payment, I can only assume they were banned by the card companies for taking customers' money but never fulfilling their orders. I expect a paypal ban is imminent, but in the meantime, don't fall for the trap that already ensnared countless unsuspecting customers!

I've ordered about $200 worth of materials. It was impossible to reach them. No answer to 4x emails. Tried calling for 3 days but no one ever picked up the phone. No answer to the online chat. I think this is fraudulent website.
First time ordering from them and last time of course. I was deceived by product availability and fast delivery. I was in hurry and didn't read reviews. Have been waiting in queue for over 1.5 hours to request refund and finally they hang up. ** STAY AWAY **.

Ordered an in stock $700 network switch. Eight days later finally got through by contacting fleet-info. Said they couldn't provide item. Cancelled order. Never refunded my already charged credit card. Currently on hold 52 minutes trying to get through to get refund.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! Ordered a wireless hdmi unit. Sat in my account for 30 days "awaiting shipping details" They were next to impossible to get a hold of. Called my bank to get the money pulled back. Finally got a reply stating the order would be cancelled, and the money returned in 3-5 days... Still waiting 2 weeks later...
Don't do it... just go somewhere else. Total fraudsters...
Ordered a Bluetooth headset on Dec 10th 2018
(paid for 2 day shipping for the in-stock product)
They never sent any shipping info and would not answer e-mails back about the delivery.
If you can get through to their phone line, you just get to be on hold.
(at the 1.5 hour mark on hold, there system then says to e-mail them and auto hangs up)
No luck getting my money back.
Another bait and switch type of outfit (talking about shipping).
I paid for shipping via Purolator but the idiots sent it via UPS (the worst most unreliable shipper in the galaxy).
No replies to emails before UPS had ever picked up the shipment so that they could fix up their screw up.
No sympathy from the csr, no mea culpa that it was their fault.
No offer to make it right.
Just bad all the way around.
There are zillions of other online stores to buy from without having to go through the hassle here.
Ordered an item that showed that they had 10 in stock. Days went by and no update. Asked them about the status and they told me that it was not in stock and it would take 4-6 weeks to ship so I asked for a refund. It's been a month and still haven't seen my money. Their website shows that they still have the item in stock. They take your money knowing that they cannot fulfill the order! S C A M!

I telephoned and placed an order and there was a misunderstanding. The customer service representative refused me service based on this misunderstanding. I placed a second order on on March 3 with and estimated arrival time of March 5 or 6. My credit card was charged.
Today, March 10, the representative made me wait over 45 minutes on the phone and then deliberately hung up on me to prolong my order. The customer service representative answered to phone stating he had a personal call to take... and advised me that he is going to find a "manual" tracking number"
He asked me if I wanted to cancel the order... No I do not--I place the order in good faith--- and I don't believe the order has left the the warehouse.

I have purchased from them several times in the past. Never had an issue. Until last month. Same as others; the item was apparently on stock, and never got shipped. It looks like I can't talk to anyone. I sent an email, I tried the live chat, and today, I tried to call them. The only thing I got was a voice message that states that until further notice, to reach them by email. The website hasn't been updated to reflect that of course so it doesn't look good. It really sounds like they are about to "pull a NCIX" on their customers... I wouldn't recommend you deal with them until their situation gets resolved.
I ordered a large item from this site since they advertise quick shipping. It took many phone calls and over a month later to receive item. I thought I would try again with a smaller item. This item has been over a month and still hasn't been shipped. I will not be ordering again. Purchasing business items and waiting so long for delivery and having to continually call, is not worth the effort.
Slow respond, very hard to contact but finally I got full refund.
The only thing that is annoying is the costumer service's sluggishness and leaving the customer in suspense due to difficult contact.
