I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my customer service and product experience with FlickFunnels. My frustration began with a significant delay in receiving a promised refund, which took far longer than acceptable. This issue was further exacerbated by a series of upsells that were aggressively pushed during my interactions with the company.
Moreover, the customer service team did not provide timely updates, and their responses lacked the professionalism and empathy one would expect. The product itself did not meet the quality and functionality that had been advertised, leading to a deeply disappointing experience overall.
As a result of this experience, I am now hesitant to consider any future transactions with FlickFunnels or any of the other products they offer on Jvzoo.
