I have used this site frequently to check arrival flights to JFK, Newark and La Guardia airports. Very easy to use and the information is most of the time very accurate. There is a map of all US airports and many oversea airports. So it is not limited to the TriSate area only.

There are many similar sites out there. Another one is: www.flightview.com
