Floor and Decor offers the free service of a design specialist to help choose tiles, vanities, and everything else you need for a remodel or first time build. Amanda worked with me and helped choose tiles that fit my need and budget. One of our products was broken when it was delivered, and they replaced it when I called. They were easy to work with, and we have enjoyed the results of our bathroom remodel.
I am not speaking about when you are in the store, the sales people are actually great. We bought a granite countertop which starting chipping at the edges 9 days after install We were told they were "natural pits" and this wasn't covered under warranty. There is an enormous difference between a natural pit and a chip on an edge, it's complete gaslighting. They would not stand behind their product and eventually quit answering our emails. With so m any other shopping options go somewhere else.
Due to supply issues, we had to purchase tile and wait 3 months for kitchen cabinets before we could install floor. We purchased tile based on the store's calculation and were 9 boxes over. We were told if we brought tile back after 90 days, we would get store credit. Well lo and behold, no store credit either. We are now stuck with 9 boxes of tile at over $3 per. Tile, and have no use for. I will never buy. Anything from this store again!

Make sure you check your order completely, check boxes for shade variations. It appears they purchase overruns or seconds in quality. Because they have a return policy that allows customers to return pieces or single boxes, you will get shade variations. Their response is the installer is responsible to check. What responsibility exists on their part to sell proper goods? Buyer or contractor beware! They are not worth the effort to buy there.

I had ordered a vanity sink after the customer representative messed up my delivery order. Management never apologized, did not try to accommodate me as a customer was rude. I never had that experience with any other company. Untrained staff worst customer service ever, will never use this company again.

There is no way to speak to a person in corporate management. We love the flooring we bought. Our installers say the quality of the products are above average. However, the crew loading the materials on our trailer, which was brand new, hit it and dented it. The appraiser said the damage was $550. This all happened in July of 2022. Yesterday, September 26,2022 we received a letter that the insurance has denied the claim. So, we not only spent over $9600 in flooring, but had to it pickup and handle the flooring ourselves and now have to repair or loss value of our trailer. This made the drive to Greenville, the trips back and forth and now the damage push the cost to being what I could have ordered it for right here in Anderson, SC and they would have delivered it. So, unless you have a piece of trash trailer or truck and live in Greenville, SC it not worth it. BUY BEWARE... stay away.

Only buy if you can carry out and load in your vehicle or make sure to carry a piece of junk truck or trailer because when their unqualified forklift driver runs into you stuff, they will not fix it or pay for you to get it fixed.

No care for the customers who spend thousands of dollars on materials and installation through Installation Made Easy / Bullis Installations. Shower failures after touting "we've never had a shower failure" to outright lying about discoloration of grout, cracking of grout, and flexing of linear drain top shortly after install and then refusing to correct outstanding issues.
Tip for consumers:
No contractors will do failed shower install repairs since COVID. They will only install new projects. This leaves the consumer without any ability for remedy and the AZROC won’t do anything either.

Although F&D advertises that they deliver to the Keys, they do not. They will place your order with a delivery service (R&L) who will then refuse to deliver when it requires backing down a road. It will then take over a week for F&D to issue a refund claiming they need the order back from their shipper before they can do anything. In the meantime you have no flooring and F&D is holding your money.

I went to the store in Parkville, Md. On three separate occasions, encountered salespeople who were unfamiliar with the floor products that are in the store, finally made a large floor purchase, and my contractor had his truck loaded with the wrong flooring. When I tried to telephone the store, it took over 5 attempts to reach someone. I am now waiting to see if the store will pick up the incorrect flooring and deliver the right product.

I purchased 50 boxes of their NuCore Luxury flooring for $3,194 in Oct. 2020. Had it professionally installed. By April, the flooring was starting to warp or "cupping" and breaking apart. Big and little pieces began breaking off of the planks, the planks come apart and separate. You try and call their customer service department but no one EVER answers the phones! Try emailing their customer service department and no one responds. The only way to get a response is to email the President, the CEO an Senior level managers. Only then will they contact you. THEN they send their own "inspectors" out to look at the issue. Guess what the inspectors determine? Oh. It's not the flooring. What? These people are delusional, they will not honor their products warranty, will not respond to constant complaints. I don't see how they are still in business, absolutely the WORST company I have EVER had to deal with. RUN away from these stores!

He also help me pick out the grout and help me to put together my bathroom model I am so happy with his customer service very knowledgeable and the products and definitely has a good taste and putting a bathroom together. I heard about this floor and decor establishment having a grand opening today, and decided to check it out. Definitely inspired to remodel and buy from here. Oscar was friendly and helpful. Unlike many of the other employees Oscar's personality made my tour of the place a pleasant one. Everyone should follow Oscar's example with customer service!
A friend went as well and mentioned how he wasn't greeted or acknowledged.

We are currently updating an office and bathroom...and so I found myself looking for flooring, tile, and ideas at Floor & Decor. Loved meeting Crystine because not only was just super helpful in getting me a quick estimate on some black/white tile for a creative idea for a pass through, but was a plethora of insight and knowledge. She was able to guide me on several items such as tile/stone and fencing/landscaping ideas. On and about October 2023, I purchased a StudioDesign Sterling Savoie Natural 37 In Vanity with Marble Top was damaged with a very small chip on the marble top during packing/shipping. I informed the store in Coral Springs of my issue and it was suggested that I bring back the vanity or contact the vendor. For one thing, it two weeks to get the thing and now it's being prep for installation and they want me to return it, please. Overall, the staff at the Coral Springs Floor and Decor have been really quite friendly and helpful. It's not a very big chip but a "blemish" all the same. This is what's keeping me from giving them a 4 or a 5.

We are a small construction company that remodels bathrooms. The staff at the Fresno Floor & Decor are amongst the most helpful associates I have ever met. From the Designers to the Pro associates & pro premier manager, I am never disappointed! These guys are always helpful and go beyond to make every customer feel important. We have never had any issues returning any product once a job has been done. They are always helpful with ensuring we have everything we need to complete our install. Pro Associates are top notch! Fabian the Pro manager is amazing always answering emails or text messages.

If you're a contractor sign up for their Pro services. They have many incentives. You get free tile samples so you can take to a consumer's home and they can visually see what the tile would look like in their homes with their lighting.

I just read a bunch of these reviews. Seems like the majority of these reviews are from people with no tile experience just trying to save a buck. When thing don't go right, BASH Floor & Decor. I purchased from F&D 4 years ago to remodel my bathroom. I picked out all of the tiles, backslash etc. and picked it up at the showroom. Everything went perfect. Now, I'm purchasing floor tile. I was in the Boyton Beach showroom last week. The staff was very helpful and I found my flooring. Thanks F&D for the different options you sell and your knowledgeable staffing members.

We were at the Highlands Ranch store today. Millie helped us, and she was great. She helped us focus on the right questions to ask. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I walked in. I was given a bad recommendation for grout color by one of the designers. I selected tile for my shower from a display in the tile area. It was very pretty and it was the look I liked. For the wall, I chose a light blue subway tile with white grout. I asked for an opinion. She talked me out of the white grout and told me gray grout would be best. Well, it doesn't look like the display. In fact, it looks awful. I called and talked to her. She was defensive and basically told me in so many words, Too Bad.
In addition, I mentioned this to a friend. She bought her tile from them and after 3 years, it has started chipping. A contractor told her that F&D sells product that is not high quality.

Visited 2 times seeking info on vinyl flooring. I had to seek out an associate. Both times the associate was on phone on personal call. I had to wait for them to speak with me. The first had no knowledge of the product and could not answer any questions. The second never ended his phone conversation. I asked him a question about quality of product in store and he scanned product code for answer then continued his phone conversation. He appeared to be hiding out at the rear of the store until closing time. Unbelievably he approached is 5 minutes before closing and informed us they would be closing very soon. How very sad. It's obvious they do not train associates in customer service. The online website is more helpful than store employees.

I went to floor and Decor on Hall road got the worst Treatment ever and harassed. I asked an employee for help he kept walking by me talking not stopping to help me. He refused to help and do his job disrespect us. As I was talking to the manager the same employee was staring and pointing at my under age daughter talking about her to another employee acting creepy. The manager said he would handle it and make it right. Which he lied he done nothing. He also told me the head manager would call me. Which again never happened. They don't care a out their customers and Treatment we got just trying to ask a question about the hard floor was so ridiculous and disrespectful, also made my daughter and I uncomfortable in that creepy environment. Shame on those managers how they run that place.

A couple months ago I purchased 1100 sq ft of LVP flooring that was lifetime warranty. A week after i had installed it, I had an issue with my sump pump & ejector pump which caused a hugh flooding inside my unit. I had made contact with floor and decor and was told to contact the claims dept. Let me tell you that trying to get in contact or have someone call you back is next to nearly impossible. I have called left messages, sent emails, and yet to have had a final determination on my problem. My purchase was on 9/1 and I'm still scratching my head wondering if they're ever going to call me or should i call them back. Sincerely,

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not fulfil your online orders correctly and have no idea what is going on in their warehouse. They won't answer the phone or respond to emails. When I finally got in touch with someone, they said my order was already delivered but it wasn't. What a joke. Do not buy anything from this company. Just awful. Every time I call, I get a different answer on the status of my order.
