Horrible delivery service, my order took a month and it sat in the store for days and nobody would call me to schedule a delivery, nobody answers the phone, you have to chat with an automated virtual answering machine and you cannot resolve any problems or issues with your order, if it wasn't for John Chang a salesperson from onother branch who was sending emails every single day to make them call me to schedule a delivery date i would've never gotten my order. Shame on these people that are not doing their job and hanging up on people when you call, shame shame shame, Sarasota branch is the most horrible store i will never go back there

I purchased some wood for a project I'm working on at home, at the Metairie, Louisiana, location and I received excellent customer service from Charell, in the wood department. She went above and beyond to make sure that I loved my selection, placing the order went easy and even made sure that pickup went smoothly. She was full of knowledge about everything in the wood department, and also informed me about the installation and materials needed for my home project I'm doing. Charell had remarkable customer service skills! I will be back and I hope Charell is working when I do because she made my day with her beautiful attitude along with her very professional knowledge about her job.

Be Careful when you are dealing business with these people. I spent $400.68 to buy 2 underlayment with my credit card from a store located at Gaithersburg, MD. Later, I returned the products back, but I got only $284.08 refund with a store card which is unfair. I lost the receipt and because of this they robbed my $ 116.60 which is 30% of the total cost. I talked to the store manager, and she told me that she will talk to the upper management to resolve the issue and lets me know the result of the discussion. She didn't call me, anyway. I called her but I couldn't reach her. I also send an email but no response at all. I did not get also good customer service from the manager.

I was in the Oxnard store. I waited 20 minutes for someone to put my purchase on my truck. When I mentioned that I had been waiting 20 minutes, the employee told me I had been wandering the store for 20 minutes, when In fact I had been waiting on the Dock. He was rude and
beligerant.

Danbury store has not 1 tile person that knows anything about tile installations. They watch a video thats about it. Bathroom remodeling, showers do's or dont's doesn't exist. Desingers are in the same boat.How can a 20 to 30year old person give you advice when they never worked in the Tile,Vinyl,Wood industry or Installing or selling mortors, grouts. No hands on experience at all. How about Managers also Asst. Managers! PETER is a person that should never be working their period! Working with the public, should never be. Jason another so called Manager. Can't handle customers ran away from one. I over heard him say i just can't handle it. Total children running this store. Go somewhere else, or do your homework very well on internet before you enter the store. You will get the wrong advice and buy things you don't need. They will make you buy the most expensive items. Over kill.

I found Floor and Decor to be the best value in all types of tile available when designing for interior kitchens, baths, and residential home projects. The pro desk has been very helpful to me with various projects at 3 different Floor and Decor stores. Most notable, Billend at the Nashville store and Trilye at the Port St. Lucie store pro desks. They both have gone above and beyond to help fulfill and order for a new construction project on the Florida Panhandle. Really am hoping that F & D will open a store in that area in the next 12 months. There is, and will continue to be a huge building boom going on between Ft. Walton and Panama City. We need your store and the helpful pros that work for you in that area! Thanks again to Billend and Trilye!

I purchased 265 sq. Ft of porcelain tile, and matching grout. Two tiles broke after installation, from just being walked on. The pre colored grout containers are gallon sized, but only half full. There is a cheap sponge in the container.
I am so disappointed in the quality of the tile, and feel I've been stolen from with the grout. Will never purchase from Floor Decor and more ever again.

We went to purchase laminate flooring & Kevin was a great help to us. After we selected our flooring, we needed to take 2 trips with the mini van. While we were gone, Kevin loaded all of the remaining flooring on a cart & had it all ready for us. I highly recommend this place because everyone was very nice & helpful but not pushy! Thank you for a great experience. We will definitely come back.

Had order scheduled to arrive Monday March 27th did no receive. I was told that there was a problem with the order being loaded and the wrong item was loaded. Waited for order on Tuesday did not receive. Spoke with a manager told would receive Wednesday did not receive. Received a text on Wednesday that would receive order on Friday March 29th. When I called, I was told that only did local delivery on Tuesday and Friday. If true, then why was I told to expect delivery on Monday and why was I told to expect to be delivered on Tuesday. I cancelled order.

Guys - suggest you not to book anything online as no one responds to your phone call and neither you will get email response also. I never seen such horrible customer service in US. They messed up my order and so for all my efforts are in vain in getting refund.
Only good part is - shop has lots of varieties, if you like something it's always better to buy and bring along with you rather than preferring online shopping.

So its been another 3 weeks or so and I STILL have not gotten a call from management as I was promised. They reply to reviews as if they care but they do not follow up and its impossible to get anyone on the phone. Based on the overall ratings for this company, it looks like poor customer service is their motto. My advice, buy at your local tile store. You may pay a few extra pennies per tile, but you will save big time on delivery charges and blood pressure! Stay AWAY from this business.

Terrible company. Keep away! Their inventory system has no ability to track purchases before they are actually picked resulting in disappointed customers when they come to collect their products and/ or long delays on deliveries. Problems with mismatched wood, particularly the stair nose edging on their own product. Was way off and they refused to stand by their own product and refused to provide any resolution. Impossible to reach. Horrible customer service. Can't not recommend this company enough. They're too big and just don't care about the customer.

Asked several representatives before applying for card about interest after promotion, have been told there will be none. It's a lie, big time lie! Be careful people. There is a print on the bill that says all interest will be applied to your account after promotion is over. Representatives are too stupid, not trained and have no idea.

A great example of the worst customer service experience ever. The sores are clueless the web site inaccurate, CS reps give u incorrect info. You are waiting for hours to pickup your order after being told 15inutes. Look around and watch them all check their cells phones constantly while your order sits. Boynton Beach is the worst of all.

I called Floor & Decor seeking information about tiles that
I picked out for my living and dining room area. To my suprised I was greeted by a lady with an inviting personally. Her name is Yvette. I explained my areas of concerned and she was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the product and gave me authentic information so that I can make an educated decision. She even follow-up our conversation with a phone call giving me additional information, including price of the product and the number of tiles in stock; she over extended herself going beyond a point of duty. This is what I call excellent customer service.

Store staff and customer service reps are amazingly kind. Their online ordering system is not good. I will not waste my time or energy on explaining... Too much to say. Corporate should look at the complaints and be fired if they don't! Corporate knows. Just unwilling to resolve the issues. Instead passing the buck to their most likely underpaid employees who get the brunt of the complaints. Very sad for them to have to take the anger and frustration caused by the corporate end of this business. Look at the reviews to see this. They would make much more money if they will respond appropriately.

I have purchased over $6,000 of Flooring, Ceramic Tile & Bathroom Vanities. Material was acceptable quality. The issue we had with the company are as follows. #1. Delivered a vanity to our mailing address not the delivery address, why I tried to rectify they told me we would need to provide labor to remove the vanity from their truck. They owned delivery off the truck. #2. Ordered & paid in full for Stair nosing that took 13 weeks to come in and before I could pick it up they sold they to someone else. With no notice. #3. This company has no understanding of customer service. Material is slightly cheaper and if you are buying in stock items its fine, but if you need help or special order material, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

if you can find the product on the floor and not requiring a order to be placed, it fine, if you have to order materials specifically special order, go somewhere else. They provide no follow up. There answer is "I Don't Know"
