Floor and Decor offers the free service of a design specialist to help choose tiles, vanities, and everything else you need for a remodel or first time build. Amanda worked with me and helped choose tiles that fit my need and budget. One of our products was broken when it was delivered, and they replaced it when I called. They were easy to work with, and we have enjoyed the results of our bathroom remodel.
I am not speaking about when you are in the store, the sales people are actually great. We bought a granite countertop which starting chipping at the edges 9 days after install We were told they were "natural pits" and this wasn't covered under warranty. There is an enormous difference between a natural pit and a chip on an edge, it's complete gaslighting. They would not stand behind their product and eventually quit answering our emails. With so m any other shopping options go somewhere else.
Went into the store the other day looking for pencils for a project I was working on and ran into Adrianne Powell who jumped in right away and helped me find what I was looking for, pulled it all together for me and set me up with a quote in the system witch made check out a breeze.

IN JULY I BOUGHT $1400.00 OF FLOORING. I NOW HAVE ABOUT $250.00 LEFT OVER IN PERFECT CONDITION. I WENT TO THE STORE WITHOUT MY RECEIPT THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD GIVE ME STORE CREDIT. I BROUGHT THE GOODS BACK NOW THEY DENY ME STORE CREDIT EVEN THOUGH I NEED TO BUY $300.00 OF TRIM. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THERE WAS A 90 DAY RETURN POLICY. THEY USE AN OUTSIDE ARBITRATOR WHO DENIES EVERYONE AFTER 90 DAYS NOW I NEED TO ARGUE MY CASE WITH THESE PEOPLE. I TOLD THE MANAGER I WILL GO TO THE PENNSYLVANIA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. Purchased $2000. 00 worth of tile, 200 worth of grout the highly recommended, 900 worth of marble saddles and edging. Made 16 trips back and forth. Had a licensed contractor install the tile. Needless to say the grout they nightly recommended (after following said instructions) never cured. Me, a 115 pound woman with nails was able to lift the sheets of pebble off of the floor. After a face to face encounter to address the problem, as well as a phone call Mike the manager at the store in Toms River, told us we would have to send pics and dispute it with the manufacturer. They sold us all the products and did not back them up at all. Needless to say we have to spend another 600 to redo the floor cause it can not be reused unless Picasso is going to set pebble by pebble. This company sucks and would never use them again! Oh and none of this policy is on a receipt. I can't read fine print. Mike didn't seem to know as well. I guess we hire managers now to read off a screen and get paid more!

I purchased a marble sink that was damaged, I contacted the store Manager Devante Boyton Beach whom listened and validated how I must feel, he apologized and worked with me to solve the issue. I purchased another sink and once it arrived at the store, Devante ensured to deliver the NEW and SWAP OUT the damaged one free of charge. He was professional and carried out on his word!
I have had many positive experiences at a few stores, the design staff is very knowledgeable.

On this sunny winter day, I drove over 40 miles to purchase tile from the Nashua store. I asked to speak with a designer who showed my wife and I one possibility then she was called away because another customer came in. We wandered aimlessly around the store and she never returned while she tended to the other much more important customer. Never came back to check to see how we were doing. We kind of settled on a tile. Finally, I found someone on the other side of the store and told him I needed x amount of boxes. He was nice enough to come over, count the boxes and said there wasn't enough. I asked if they expected more to come in and he didn't think so but told me I drive to 2 other stores at least 40 more miles away. I asked itf there was home delivery and he was very unclear. After about 2 hours we left and bought tile from Lowe's at a much better price. The worst customer service award goes to this crew. I especially liked the 2 employees sitting on boxes the whole time just chatting and not helping anyone. Shame - shame -shame Floor & Decor.

My customers went to floor and decor they sold them $#*! product (Nucord) and made a big stink about putting the WRONG underlayment on the floor. They are uneducated on flooring, their staff (Michell) told several of the installs (note they have be laying floors for 30 yrs.) they did not know what they were doing and even used bad language with the custom. Then I went to one of the other stores and another employee told me they gave me all the wrong info and I should get all my money back. Lol I was dealing with Timothy and keep sending him the info he requested to be now sent to custom care and they said they would give me 500.00 Bull $#*! this product is failing do to there negligence of their staff miss leading everyone on what needed to be done bc my custom wanted it done the way the stuff told them. Due to the underlayment the floor is denting and now coming apart. FLOOR & DECOR Lie to their customs to beef up their bottom line. And give you the biggest run around when you try to work with them to fix.

I went to floor and decor for vinyl plank flooring. They had the color I liked. Quality turned out to be terrible even though I bought the medium grade. Back to Home Depot and a flush of 500.00.

I pre-ordered 23 boxes of cherry wood floor. I was contacted to go pick it up, at Elizabeth NJ floor and decor. The forklift driver Puts the pallet of cherry wood behind someone else's truck (he knew which truck was mine). There was no room behind my vehicle, because the customer, before me, did not take his order (something must've been wrong with it). He's driving a forklift all you have to do is move the last order and put my order behind my truck. When I asked him why would he put my pallet behind someone else's truck, he points the pallets behind my truck and said "that's Kevin stuff". "I said Kevin left he don't want that." He shrugged his shoulders, and was not going to move the pallet, until I ask him for a supervisor. He never got me a supervisor. I had to go ask the lady at the front desk to get me a supervisor. When I looked at the pallet of my cherry wood floor, it was all lopsided, and several of the boxes on the bottom were crushed and opened. This was my first experience with floor and decor, and it will be my last one. I told the supervisor $#*!nery Diaz it looks like the pallet was dropped. She said "it was shipped." I said "from another Floor and Decor?"she said "yes."
Floor and decor deals with floors, so I don't understand why they would be so bad at shipping floor, from store to store.

I spent over $200 on shower shelves for a remodel project. The products I received were not as advertised and weren't consistent among each other--different colors (grossly different, not just stone variations), scratches, some pieces not polished on both sides, etc. I contacted them immediately and the corporate CS rep assured me I would receive a FedEx return label to get a refund and ordered me replacements that I paid for. I got the replacements and had the same issue, so I contacted them again and keep getting the runaround... corporate says the local store has to send the label and they aren't answering their phone, I call corporate and get put on hold for over an hour (more than once) and then get hung up on. A rude man answers and asks me to hold and I plead to him that I have been holding for hours and he hangs up. I call back later and they tell me they are closing and don't have time to help. I cannot get a label and cannot get a return started. Horrible company with no customer service. Do not order from them if you want to avoid a nightmare and long delays on your project.

I am in the process of remodeling two bathrooms in my home. I went to the new store on Decoma Street to get some ideas as to types and colors of tile to use. As I was browsing, I was approached by a young lady by the name of Veronica. Turns out she is a designer there to help people just be like me. What a novel and great idea.
As we were looking at tiles, Veronica made a call. She then advised me that she had to take a lunch break. Long story short, after several more calls, Veronica stayed with me until I was totally satisfied with all of the tiles, colors, floor tiles, grout colors and trim, a total time in access of two hours.
Veronica's dedication to completing the task at hand made my entire experience a wonderful experience. As I picked out the wrong tiles and colors, Veronica politely told me that was good, as she was busy picking matching colors and tiles. Looking back, I now know that she was right ever time.
Thank you Floor and Decor for having the foresight to hire great designers to assist customers and THANK YOU, Veronica, for making such a hard task such an enjoyable experience.

I purchased 3 granite countertops on line from Riviera Beach Florida. Built an A frame and went to pick them up. I had to wait about an hour and a half. Short staff. They have a budget I understand. The first slab came out and I noticed one corner was busted along with some chips on the edges. The wearhouse guys informed me that the other 2 were broken and that was all they had of that particular design. I went inside and talked to the pro desk, Victor, who was very nice. He talked to the manager,?, who was very nice. We work out a deal, which was very generous. Another hour. They started loading. Then they inform me there was only one backsplash. I go back in. No more discount. No resolution. No good. Another hour.
The bad model part is; (1) they put them back in inventory. (2) there was never a mention of selecting another color from stock, of course I was too tired to mess with it bye this time and it was getting late. I went 100 miles to pick them up and they knew it. (3) during the time I was there I witnessed another pair, forklift driver and flager, dumping useable tile in the dumpster. I have kept old tiles from years past for to make some interesting designed flooring.
Now what are they going to do with those bad countertops? Can you say dumpster?

I ordered kitchen counters. They came out to measure. I showed them pictures of what I wanted. They didn't build them correctly. I had to pay for them to a part of the project. When the other half was delivered, it was of a different material (see. Pictures). They told me to call their subcontractor, the person THEY hired to do the job. The subcontractor sent out someone to inspect and that person verified that they used two different materials. I went to F&D and told them that I purchased the counters from them, and if their subcontractor didn't deliver what THEY paid for, it was on them. I should be able to go to the place I bought them from and have my problem resolved. I was promised a call "the next day." I heard nothing. I called. I was again promised a call the next day. I've heard nothing and it's been another week. Altogether, it's been over six months and I don't have what I paid for. I don't trust them to make this right. On top of all that, one section has a huge splotch on it that (see photo).

I purchased $3000 worth of what was advertised as engineered hardwood. What I found it is that it is really a thin slice of hardwood attached to compressed sawdust. False advertising! Junk!

I called to find out a month ago if they have electric shopping scutter available like Home Depot & Lowe's, I was Told they only have (1) that it's Out of Order, I Called again the told me the same excuse. If you are a Veteran go to Lowe's or Home Depot they will give you a 10% off from any purchases showing your Military ID...

About a year ago we bought our Nucore Prado from floor and decor for our living room, dining room and kitchen. We had a frozen water pipe bust recently and I am told, our store in Morrow Ga has closed and the product we need to replace floor in the kitchen has been discontinued, No stores has it besides Homewood, Al or Memphis Tn. And you have to pay shipping to get the boxes we need sent to your home or even to a store about 50 min from where we live. Very expense shipping as the product is already pretty high per box, I could understand more if we got the floor 4 or 5 years ago, but it's only been about a year. Cust service said the rules on shipping to a store with no shipping charges for you to go pick up changed about 6 months ago.This is not good business I don't believe. Also of coarse you can only get this kind of floor from floor and decor.So they got you by the short hairs, where you don't have a choice you can travel to Al or Tn yourself to pick some up, or pay high price for them to ship it from Al or Tn store to a Georgia store and you pay shipping just like sending it to your home from Al or Tn. Very Expensive. What a bummer, I will think twice before buying my flooring from them again. This is the 3rd time we have used floor and decor for our home and rental houses for flooring and tile but never again, not after this.

Know that you may not be able to get more luxury flooring of the same color due to busted pipe, even if it’s only been about a year since you purchased it without paying high price to ship it from store to store for you to pick up or shipped to your home. Either way shipping is crazy from their store to another one of their stores for you to pick up there . Also your item maybe discontinued in a year or less. In case you need more due to some unseen water damage emergency. What a let down.
