Driving Records requested on Friday to be sent by email, it is Monday already and didn´t hear or received anything, when I call them this person Angel answered, put me on hold for a while and got back to me saying she just came back to work and the system was down she did not was going on and she will give me a call back when she can. My boss asked me just to cancel the transaction, so I called right back few times before they answered and when I got through, this person answered constantly repeating she was the superviser, she didnt let me talk and SHE was angry, showing no manners, as if I shouldnt being calling requesting what they supposed to have done. She scream I can not cancel the request or get any money back and she will do the records with me over the phone, asked again the full name, date of birth, driver license number... Conclusions, SUCH A WASTE OF TIME, ugly and unprofessional services here!. Give your money to a company that really cares, and skip this low level and rude place. You are welcome!
