The page is very misleading. They dont ship nationwide amd its not true same day delivery. They require you to coordinate your address before they approve if they can ship or not.
We placed our order yesterday for our birthday celebrant but it didnt arrive. We got an email saying they dont send to that address.
It is sad because when placing the order theres no notification that the address is not covered by their delivery system. And you have to read the faqs first for the places they can cater delivery.
And we didnt know that. We place the order like normal people buying online thinking that their marketing ad is true
So beware before you make orders they dont deliver nationwide. And they cant do same day delivery.
I hope to send this review to their website but i dont think theres a way.
I am deeply disappointed with the recent cake I ordered from FlowerChimp. The cake arrived in a subpar condition, far below my expectations. Despite the efforts of the customer service team to address the issue, the offered 20% partial refund is unacceptable. As a result, I have decided not to order from this company again.
Detailed Review:
I had high hopes for the cake I ordered from FlowerChimp, but unfortunately, it arrived in a disappointing condition. The cake's presentation was far from what was advertised, and the overall quality did not meet my expectations. It came out smashed and lopsided, with half of the icing stuck to the side of the box, as if it had fallen off. For a celebratory item like a cake, I believe it is crucial for it to be delivered in excellent condition.
While I appreciate the customer service team's efforts to rectify the problem, the offered 20% partial refund falls short of an acceptable resolution. Considering the level of disappointment and inconvenience caused, I expected a more suitable compensation. Unfortunately, this unsatisfactory resolution has led me to conclude that I will not be ordering from FlowerChimp again.
In summary, the cake's subpar condition and the inadequate resolution have greatly disappointed me. As a result, I cannot recommend FlowerChimp based on this experience, and I will be seeking alternative options for future purchases.
Please note that I hope this feedback helps FlowerChimp improve their quality control and customer service in the future.

I have used Flower Chimp on many occasions, with no issue. However, the past 2 deliveries, both containing fruit baskets, of various sizes, contained spoiled and rotten fruit. The Pineapple was rotten, having worms and the apples mushy brown and rancid. After contacting Flower Chimp, I was offered a 10% future discount and after requesting a refund or replacement, basically told 'Tough Nuts' then offered a 20% discount.
If you order flowers/chocolates from this company you will be fine. I have sent my fiancé flowers and chocolates on multiple occasions and the deliveries and product were exactly as advertised. However, I absolutely recommend you do NOT order fruit as both times I did the fruit was rotten/spoiled and they did nothing about it, even after receiving photos. I spent about 4,000 Pesos on the large fruit basket, or about $75 USD and could have just sent my Fiancé the cash and had her buy 20X the amount of fruit at a local market.
I do not do business with a company which refuses to stand behind its product.

Absolutely terrible packing and…box fell apart! Refused replacement!
Absolutely terrible packing and customer service. I have been a regular customer of flowerchimp for over two years. I ordered Valentines gifts to be delivered to my fiance in the Philippines, one on the 12th, 13th and 14th. The one on the 14th was the "Bouquet of a lifetime". The package was delivered and my fiance picked up the box by the white ribbon assuming that the ribbon secured the bottom of the box to the top. As she lifted it the bottom of the box slid out and fell to the floor shattering the item and the dreams that went along with it. She was devastated as the delivery was very special to her and I both. She called me crying and distraught. I asked her if there was any tape securing the bottom of the box to the top. There was not. In fact the white ribbon wasn't even taped to the box it was simply slid into the box offering no support whatsoever. Now I have ordered from them on 30 occasions so I immediately called customer service asking for a replacement. In fact my call to them cost me 63 us dollars! So it wasn't the money, it was the disappointment and the desire for a replacement that mattered. Their customer service person said it was delivered in good condition and my fiance should not have dropped the box. She didn't drop it...it literally fell apart in her hands. Flowerchimp has lost a long time customer. Nor will I ever recommend anyone else buy from them. I will post this on FaceBook and all social media to warn others of the crappy customer service at flowerchimp.
