I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a college and the photo looked stunning on the website. When they arrrived there were absolutely no open flowers. The bouquet did not remotely resemble the photograph on the website. The response from the florist was that it was Monday and there are little or no flowers they obtain which are open on a Monday. Yes the photos will eventually open (who knows if the colour is pink as I ordered) but it certainly did not convey the sentiments I wanted.
