The Fluffco down alternative pillow is the worst pillow I have ever purchased. It's quite spendy so don't waste your money. I could not return it due to the 30 day policy.

I am attempting to return an unopened pillow and I cannot get Fluffco to send me a prepaid return label. The other pillow I opened is so flat and so over priced for what I got. This site is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

My experience with FluffCo has been horrible. Everything about this company has been unprofessional and unorganized. My order was supposed to be delivered at a certain date...when I contacted them to ask them where my shipment was, they told me that my order was on backorder and I was welcome to cancel it if I liked and that it wouldn't arrive until the end of next week. Extremely disappointed, I replied back to Travis the customer service rep that I would like to cancel. Travis never replied back to my cancellation request. The next day, I received my pillow shipment (which again I had already cancelled since I had gone ahead and purchased another pillow brand). I received an email back from Travis at that time then not even mentioning my cancellation request and rather stating that I should have received my pillow today. I replied back that I had but unfortunately I had already cancelled the order and no longer needed the pillow. Travis never replied, nor did any other customer service rep. I thankfully purchased through PayPal and after filing a dispute with PayPal, PayPal sided with me. The pillow itself is absolutely horrible...definitely not firm like I ordered...it literally sinks in and I will be donating it, but I am SO thankful that I got my $130 back. Please spend your money elsewhere, not only is the customer service invisible here, but their pillows are absolutely horrible.

I knew right away the pillow was not retaining it's fluff, just another pancake after 1 minute, and now I find they don't respond to my request to return it, and I found some language that says- 'donate it to a worthy cause' Just terrible customer 'service'
