First, when I paid my tickets and then i received email, that price is gone, I need to pay another $150 to get that tickets. It's a trap and the lowest price is a bait, which you will never get that price. Please do not trust that company and be away from them! My flight time changed, the airlines said it's free to reschedule to another flight, but they charge the fee for reissue tickets, even the airlines say so it's free! Also their customer phone line waiting time is huge long, be careful! They are horrible and ridiculous!
I purchased air tickets 4 months in advance Flyus changed itinerary and sent acknowledgment which I responded as not acceptable but they changed regardless and created two layovers of 8 and 14 hours.

Flyus.com is absolutely the worst booking agent that I have ever dealt with. Their website does not function and it's imposible to talk to them on the phone. Their system always drops the call before an agent comes on the line! They never sent me a proof of purchase or an itinerary either!

I book a flight, they told me its done, then they never made the booking, and they DIDN'T SEND ME A EMAIL as a result i have no idea the flight was not made.

They pretend to be a travel agency so they can charge extra above and beyond the airlines (even for things the airlines themselves don't charge for). They "booked" my flight, told me the fare went up, and told me to accept the new price from the airline. After booking, I checked with the airline and the price had stayed the same for the flight so they charged me $50+ extra for no reason at all. After waiting on hold forever, the rude agent told me verbatim that it's not their fault I didn't check with the airline first and that I accepted the terms and conditions. The entire business is a scam.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We needed to change our flights but after over 2 months of back and forth, being repeatedly told incorrect information, sent random quotes for change fees in the thousands with no validation or explanation of the charges, we decided for our sanity that it was easier to cancel the flights booked through this company, get a refund and book entirely new flights even though they were $3K+ more expensive. We are out of pocket over $3K after making the mistake of booking flights through this company - would avoid at all costs. You can also never get through to their customer service line and instead will be forced to engage with them via email with long delays between responses. After this experience, they also had the nerve to deduct a $150 fee for their service. It's astounding to me that companies like this are allowed to continue to operate - they should be removed from Google Flights.
They are a bunch of cones. They give you a good price and once you purchase the ticket (and they give you all the confirmation emails) on the next day or a few hours later on the same day, they send you an email letting you know that they can't process your reservation with that price and ask you to pay extra money! At this time, you have lost your other good deals and you have no other option than paying the money to get the ticket.
I had to cancel ticket 2 hours before departure and no one was there to help/answer my request. I had to cancel my flight but after a call with the airline, a panality fee Flyus claimed coming from the airline for $390 turns out to be only $200. They scam you and I am not sure I trust google flight results anymore! Impossible to get a hold of them!
I had a flight ticket booked through Flyus. Then my ticket got cancelled by the airline. I was not able to get the refund from the airline because I booked it through Flyus.com. The cancellation happened in June 2021 and I still not got my refund back. I reached out to the company multiple times but NO replies at all! I will never use the service again. Stay away from this company!

Reading the comments here, I agree with most of them. I booked the ticket for a price which looked reasonable (not too low), have a screenshot about the price after the ticket was purchased. I checked my CC and saw that they charged me $300 more for the ticket. This is not professional as they must atleast confirm if the price is not the same as when you booked it.
All I want to do is to change my return date by two days. This can only be done through Manage My Booking on their website. It is been one month and I have two made a requests to change, and have heard nothing. I have made three phone calls, waiting on hold more than two hours each time, but all they would say was to make the request to change on the website, which I already have done twice. I need to know if this change can be made because I have to make reservations for those two days, as well as let friends know who are waiting to book only if I can have the two days. And the longer I have to wait, the more the prices climb. In 60 years of flying, booking through Flyus was the worst mistake I have ever made.

We used FlyUs to book our flights to Ecuador from NYC. It was not intentional, Kayak.com redirected us there. Initially, we purchased direct flights to Ecuador and connecting back through Miami. Our flights were changed to connecting in Lima, Peru both ways with all four of us flying on separate fights (with two being minors). They notified us of the change, but I didn't know what the changes were, because their website doesn't show it and their phones are NEVER answered, until my wife called the airline directly and changed all flights. We thought we were done, but no. One day before the flight, we found out that FlyUs cancelled all our flights and we were never notified. We had to buy new tickets directly with American Airlines. I disputed all charges through Amex, but I was just charged again for just one flight out of four a week after the trip. DON'T EVER USE THEM. IT'S A SCAM.
They rescheduled my flight without telling me. When I called them they told me the airline canceled the flights but actually the airline didn't. They charged me $495.00 for service fee without my consent.
1. Bought flexible booking insurance knowing in advance I might have to change my flight
2. Couldn't use flexible booking insurance (gave them 5 days notice and they weren't able to talk to American Airlines to secure me a new flight in time)
3. I was forced to purchase a new ticket for the return flight with a different airline to return home on time
4. Asked for a refund for the return flight, the "FLEXIBLE BOOKING" insurance ($200) and "service" fee ($100)
5. Never got my money back.
6. They told me to directly call American Airlines and get my money back
7. American Airlines said that's not protocol and they should follow protocol. Referred me back to them
Now whenever I call Customer Service, they answer and hung up immediately, without talking to me.
My review is the same as all the other is it is it a freaking scam.
I thought I was getting a ticket and then two hours later they told me I need to purchase another ticket or do something I don't know but it's just ridiculous that I thought I had a ticket and then they told me I don't
They were completely useless at actually helping with flight booking and changes, they basically just took my money and ran. I ended up calling the airlines to rebook with my flight credits because the FlyUs rebooking lied to me about the rules of rebooking, and wanted to charge me even more. Luckily the airline was far more helpful and I was able to use my credits how I wanted without too much more cost. Don't use FlyUs, I certainly won't ever again.

We booked a trip to Cairo thru Flyus.com. Two weeks before the trip the airline cancelled the trip, I attempted to contact Flyus.com to get new flights or a refund and they were completely unreachable! You can only register for a refund/change on their website and they didn't respond. I attempted every possible way to get in contact without success. I eventually gave up, booked other flights thru Expedia and filed a complaint with my credit card company...I got a full credit from the credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Our flight was literally cancelled after we payed this website. They never gave us ticket numbers or itinerary numbers. They never picked up the phone. NEVER TRUST THEM.
Worst customer service. We can never reach the customer care, it always goes for auto response. No way to reach customer care and update our itinerary.
They posted price than it is not possible to book it, no customer service, was on hold for 40 minutes than someone form god knows where giving me bs
Unfortunately, there was a typo that needed to be corrected to match my passport. This change should be easy, although it might entail a small fee to make that change. And in addition my ticket was purchased with another person and they wouldn't separate the two of us, so one typo affected both passengers. After a lot of communication with both Flyus and the airline, they did agree to separate the passengers, but refused to make the change for one passenger, which resulted in a cancellation. The cancellation wasn't determined until a couple of days before the international flight. The re-ticket cost several thousand dollars more especially because it was a short notice. The ticket was purchased as a refundable ticket and they were emails agreeing that the ticket was refundable and the supervisor agreed it was refundable and actually submitted the refund request. The refund request was to take 7 to 10 business days after 28 days, no refund was awarded. Several phone calls have been made with no response no email no phone call. All that was stated is that they decided it was a nonrefundable. Please do not use third-party travel, agent such as fly us, especially Flyus.
Weeks after the airline cancelled and after three email to FlyUs.com, owned by Eric Ginebra I have not received my refund. They force consumers to pay a cancellation fee to get a refund, so if you do not agree to the cancellation fee for, in my case, $200, then you do not get back your money, in my case $2,200. They claim due to COVID it takes up to 60 days to get a refund - BS. Tell me how a disease impacts a computer? What they want to do is keep your money and hope you forget abot it in a couple of months. If you do not, I am sure they will blame something else. If you run across this company here is what you do: the Terms of Use require any disputes to be resolved by arbitration. If you cannot afford arbitration, the company needs to pay the fees, typically $2-3k. Filing arbitration is very easy since it is not court, but a simple single page form along with a fee waiver request. Email it to the American Arbitration Association, and in a few weeks they are notified to pay fees. Even if you get a refund, the fact they kept your money still constitutes theft, or in civil law, "conversion". You would email the form and fee waiver to *******@adr.org.
