We booked a $4000 flight from lax to singapore. First, it takes 6 hours before they get back that the price has increased and they need us to either cancel or accept the new price. We pay the extra $100. Then next my credit card gets declined. I get them on the phone after 30 mins hold time and give them a new card. Now, 12 hours later my ticket is still not confirmed and my credit card is STILL not charged. I cant call them anymore as it goes straight to voice mail and all my online inquiries are never responded to. Its complete garbage and its clearly a bait and switch scheme. Now i am in a stuck situation as i cant be sure they will not charge my credit card if i go buy from another vendor. HATE THIS!
I purchased my tickets through flyus and days and days went by without my tickets being bought and the price kept increasing. Tried getting a refund and they said they can't do it and to just wait for the tickets to be bought. Luckily, a couple days before my trip i called spirit airlines and they were able to produce my tickets for me. This company had already bought my tickets but never sent them to me or any confirmation codes. Thank the lord that spirit airlines could reverse look up my purchase by my name or I would've spent $400 on airline tickets that I would've never gotten from the third party. Screw you guys for running this scam and screw google for having flyus as my top result when buying the tickets. How the hell is this site recommended when every review from sites like this one and trust pilot say it's a scam and poorly ran? I'm back from my trip but I'm still steamed
Worst customer service. We can never reach the customer care, it always goes for auto response. No way to reach customer care and update our itinerary.
Flyus.com is absolutely the worst booking agent that I have ever dealt with. Their website does not function and it's imposible to talk to them on the phone. Their system always drops the call before an agent comes on the line! They never sent me a proof of purchase or an itinerary either!
We booked a trip to Cairo thru Flyus.com. Two weeks before the trip the airline cancelled the trip, I attempted to contact Flyus.com to get new flights or a refund and they were completely unreachable! You can only register for a refund/change on their website and they didn't respond. I attempted every possible way to get in contact without success. I eventually gave up, booked other flights thru Expedia and filed a complaint with my credit card company...I got a full credit from the credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

This website is nothing short of a disgusting scam. They change ur ticket price after you purchase it and make it so that you cannot reach their costumer service to cancel the tickets. The tickets are clearly not even real after further investigating. I am disputing the charge and getting people involved to take the site down. Vile behavior
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We needed to change our flights but after over 2 months of back and forth, being repeatedly told incorrect information, sent random quotes for change fees in the thousands with no validation or explanation of the charges, we decided for our sanity that it was easier to cancel the flights booked through this company, get a refund and book entirely new flights even though they were $3K+ more expensive. We are out of pocket over $3K after making the mistake of booking flights through this company - would avoid at all costs. You can also never get through to their customer service line and instead will be forced to engage with them via email with long delays between responses. After this experience, they also had the nerve to deduct a $150 fee for their service. It's astounding to me that companies like this are allowed to continue to operate - they should be removed from Google Flights.
Normally I dont write reviews unless the service is amazing or horrible. In case of Flyus.com... horrible is the case. They will not answer phones EVER... it took me a week to get in touch with them but not via customer service but via sales... Their communication via website or email... ZERO. This company should not be in business.
All I want to do is to change my return date by two days. This can only be done through Manage My Booking on their website. It is been one month and I have two made a requests to change, and have heard nothing. I have made three phone calls, waiting on hold more than two hours each time, but all they would say was to make the request to change on the website, which I already have done twice. I need to know if this change can be made because I have to make reservations for those two days, as well as let friends know who are waiting to book only if I can have the two days. And the longer I have to wait, the more the prices climb. In 60 years of flying, booking through Flyus was the worst mistake I have ever made.
I desperately need help changing my first name on flight ticket. The system has put it in wrong by no fault of my own. It's IMPOSSIBLE to reach someone at flyus via phone or email. I am sure I'll not be able to board my flight if not body gets back to me. Do not book with them!
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Our flight was literally cancelled after we payed this website. They never gave us ticket numbers or itinerary numbers. They never picked up the phone. NEVER TRUST THEM.
Company violates Department of Transportation's 24 hour refund rule and tries to force you to take a future voucher instead of issuing a full refund within the 24 hour period as mandated. They will lie and tell you your refund is on the way. Then a week later, you'll receive an email saying you didn't request the refund in time and have up to a year to use that credit. Totally, dishonest, unprofessional and deceitful. If this happens to you... be sure to file an official complaint with the Department of Transportation.
Booked ticket via flyus and cancelled one ticket as they double booked and it's been 15 months no refund. I can't believe how they are running business when they don't care about customers. My hard earned money is not returned and no clue if I will get and when. Worst experience ever had
I found flights through Google flight. Was then transferred to flyus.com. Purchased tickets. Paid for all and everything seemed good. A month later I get a notice that one leg of the flight is no longer confirmed. Called the company, after repeated tries, and was told they could find a new flight and it was $50. Why I was forced to pay for something out of my Control was beyond me but I thought it's only $50. Once the confirmation came…the cost was actually $200. Called fluid.com back and they said it's 50 a ticket. To make matters worse If at any time there is another change they will continue to charge. Id stay away from this company. They will continue to charge out at any given chance. A $1000 tix May end up costing $5000 by the time they are done.
I booked a flight and they never sent tickets. The reservation just vanished in their system and I had to book somewhere else a few days before the trip. They don't even call you back for 24+ hours. Then the rep tried to turn it back and blame it on me for not following up. They need to be delisted from the Google Flights API.
Bought flight month in advance. One leg was cancelled. No communication from flyus. Called dozens of times, hold times up to 3 hours. Most calls dropped/not answered. Flyus did not fix, reschedule the leg that was cancelled. Also they wanted to charge for a refund. Took no responsibility/ownership, provided misinformation, blamed the customer and argued/rude to customer.
1. Bought flexible booking insurance knowing in advance I might have to change my flight
2. Couldn't use flexible booking insurance (gave them 5 days notice and they weren't able to talk to American Airlines to secure me a new flight in time)
3. I was forced to purchase a new ticket for the return flight with a different airline to return home on time
4. Asked for a refund for the return flight, the "FLEXIBLE BOOKING" insurance ($200) and "service" fee ($100)
5. Never got my money back.
6. They told me to directly call American Airlines and get my money back
7. American Airlines said that's not protocol and they should follow protocol. Referred me back to them
Now whenever I call Customer Service, they answer and hung up immediately, without talking to me.
If I could rate lower, I would. Please do not use this service. There is NO customer service and the conditions they impose make it impossible to modify anything. I would also advise airlines to not use as an intermediary. I never write reviews but I was so disgusted with my experience that I decided to.
Purchased a ticket in 2019 for a trip in 2020. Due to covid the flight was cancelled. They will not responed to emails. You are on hold for hours and even if you get ahold of someone they are not helpful. Were i was planning on going is now open. Sent 2 emails no response called many times on hold for over an hour and give up. Finally called the airline and they updated the ticket now flyus want $267 more for a ticket i can currently purchase for less than i paid for the ticket 3 years ago and they did not even help me. Never do business with this company. It is based out of tampa if you want more information about this company.
