They took my money and lied about tracking and then tried to extort more money out of me! Then disconnected their phone numbers because I called trying to get my money back. I wish I would've listened to the negative reviews but I figured the good and bad ones weighed each other out! These people are scum because they profit in taking advantage of other people. After reporting about not being happy with the products, FMT Medical Store reached out to me and offered me a refund, thumbs up for that.
Service and shipping is great. My last order got stuck in customs, and they immediately sent out a new one after I emailed them about my issue and the new order reached me with UPS within a few days(international)
