“Worst experience EVER”

We purchased 225 Chiavari chairs from EVENT SALES: Larry. http://www.folding-chairs-tables-discount.com/
We are 9 months out from purchase and still do not have the black cushions that we were suppose to get and are 15 chairs short! Waiting 2 months for the initial order to arrive, there was ALWAYS an excuse. He uses multiple emails and promises stuff that he can not deliver.
