When we ordered the Fontana gold shower set my husband was bit skeptical, since the price was a bargain. After we got it installed the quality of this shower is truly amazing and we love how the different functions work separately without any loss in water pressure. Truly worth every penny
I wasnt expecting much when I ordered this, thinking that it would be the same as any other LED shower head. Nothing impressive about it, but i am pretty happy with choosing it. It works well and all the features were present as was advertised.

You can enjoy a lecture from their customer service team after they send you broken merchandise and then refuse to respond to multiple emails. After they have already sent you incorrect items delaying your replacement or remodel for weeks. Warranty is 30 days per Sophia at their company. You get what you pay for.
Buyer Beware! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do yourself a favor and do not buy a product where they can't supply you with replacement parts, they yes you to death but never return your call. They act confused everytime I call about the same issue since May 2020 and now we're into September. Just horrible!
I purchased a Constantine Brushed Nickel Kitchen Sink Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer on 5/16/20 and it is 6/5/20 and I still have not received my order when it was promised in 5 days. I called about 20 times at all times and no one answers the phone. Absolutely no apologies from Fontana. Do not any products from this company.
I have been waiting 10 months for them to correct their shipping error and send us the faucet we paid for. For the past 6 months their solution to the problem has been to not return our calls & emails.
To make matters worse we have had several other issues with the 5 other faucets that we installed at our customers bank and the same service response. These faucets are cheaply made, difficult to install & do not hold up to any kind of regular use in a commercial setting. Do yourself a favor and buy your faucets elsewhere, these faucets are meant to look good online or in the showroom but not actually be used.
Ordered some replacement fittings from the store. Very friendly service fast delivery they were very helpful with my order in making sure I had the correct items. Thank you very much I will be in contact for future purchases definitely!
