Thank you A••••• for helping my husband choose the multifunctional shower head. It was even better then we pictured, we can't thank you enough for being patient while we decided which was best. Not only did you answer our questions you also made sure we were happy before ordering. I received my shower head a day early and I had it installed right away! I have recommended you to friend's and family.

I recently purchased a shower system and received it with a couple of missing parts. It was a very easy process of calling get them replaced. The rep was very helpful and I received the items within 2 days. Then my contractor misplaced more parts! I called Fontana back and spoke with the same rep (she was so helpful before). They FedEx'ed the parts the next day! I can't wait to get the shower system finally finished and will write a product review then. However, I wanted to share my positive experience with customer service.

We often order their products for my husbands construction company to install in the houses they build. Their products are absolutely Amazing and we have recommended them to others who seem amazed as well.

This is by far, the best sink/faucet combination I ever had! Modern and elegant, but in the same time not too serious. And the price was incredible, was very lucky to get it on sale. Took 4 days to receive it from the order, 2 hours to install!

I am in love with the shower set. It was complete and was selling for very reasonable price when we got it during the sale. The finish also looks good and durable, so quite sure that this will continue to look good for very long time. The only issue that I have with this shower set concerns the display. It seems that steam is able to penetrate the upper right corner of the display. Not too much of a bother since the display is readable and all, but just do not like the idea that steam where there isn't supposed to be any.

Purchased rainfall shower heads set missing the handle and the LED lights stay white do not change color as advertised. Customer Service wanted pictures and videos all were sent. Said they would review. Never heard back called promised to rush it up the latter never heard back. Called few days later was put on hold then hung up on 3 times. 4 call back said promise would look into and get back. Heard nothing. Several excuses from covid to warehouse will not answer, last person who was working quit ect...

For the price and the way it has been advertised the FontanaShowers Brushed Nickel Ceiling Mount Rainfall Shower Set With Thermostat Mixer Jet Spray And Handshower. Is a great price. BTW got it on sale and did not have to pay full price. One set back was installation manual not detailed. But Customer Service at Fontana emailed us a better one.

Sierra Oil Rubbed Bronze LED Shower Systems, I did a lot of searching for the perfect shower system and Fontana showers had this one that had everything was looking for.
I also needed one with a matching hand held shower head and this one had it. The best thing of all it comes with 6 body jets and that was important to me. Needed jets with my system and I got them! So happy! Was a bonus that found it on sale for almost 50% off from Fontana showers and they shipped it fast! Highly recommend! Thank you so much Fontana showers.

I absolutely love this and would recommend to anyone looking for new body jets in their bathroom. Overall a great product! The body jest looked great and solid, and the water pressure coming out of them is just right. I don't remember the last time had a refreshing and rejuvenating bath, but sure that with these jets, going to have them for a long time to come.
