I bought two tickets to Arsenal vs Liverpool in mid 2016 - paid over 200 pounds for them. I was taking my 10 year old Liverpool tragic supporter of a son on a trip of a lifetime from Australia specifically for the match.
Suffice to say the tickets did not arrive even though we were told to be at the ground 2 hours before the match to pick them up. Just picture this, you have your young son with you and you've come all the way from Australia and are left in front of the stadium with the roar of the crowd in your ear and your young son CRYING HIS EYES OUT that the tickets did not arrive! I still have nightmares about the whole incident!
They didnt even bother returning my calls on the day. I had to call/email them continuously afterwards.
I lost money in the refund conversion and as well as in all the numerous transport e.g. trains, flights etc.
Their offer for free tickets was patronising given they knew I was from Australia. I demanded some compensation for transport. Initially the agreed AND THEN THEY PULLED THE OFFER!
So I've been left high and dry, severely out of pockets and dealings with a rude customer service manager who really had no intention of ever coming to the party by offering some compensation for having killed the dreams of a ten year old boy.
They are the worst organisation I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. Extremely dodgy... DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU WILL LOSE LOTS OF MONEY! I GUARANTEE YOU!
BTW - I was not the only one who experienced this. There were 10 other people left high and dry by these dodgy clowns!

My order # ******* and # ******* from 7th okt 2014 for total of 7 tickets for the Chelsea v Man City game was not catgory description: „best view-long side lower tickets" as I ordered and paid for!

This 7 ticket are as far away form what I ordered and paid for and if I wanted these tickets I would just have bought them for less money! Specaly after the phone call I got from you before the game telling you hava some „delay/problem" with my tickets and you offered me to got to Arsenal v Aston Villa instead Im sure you sold my ticket to some els and got my theses cheep tickets for the ones I did order.
This need to be sorted out as soon as possible, Iceland is a small but football loving Country and I will not accept this.
Ordered the tickets 4 months in advance and I got a call less than 20 hours before the match saying they did not manage to get the tickets.

Premium Gold, the one you are mentioning, is described as long side lower / central long side upper. We would do everything in our power to make it right with you if you got a wrong seating but there is no order we can find matching this description of events and no order number or any other identifying information provided, so we have to conclude that this is a fake review.

I order 2 tickets for a game between Villarreal CF vs FC Barcelona 3 weeks before the match.
Two days before the game I receive an email from them:
"I hope this email finds you well.
We have concluded our investigation into your claim and agree we have provided you with tickets in the wrong category. We apologize deeply for this...
We are therefore refunding you for your order for the difference in price between the category on the site that you ordered and the category you received..."
Well, First "It's not OK",
Second, I didn't sent to them any mail regard wrong tickets category delivered (They could not deliver it so THEY decide to deliver wrong ticket)
Third, they didn't ask the basic question in such situation "Do you want a full refund or...", they just decide form me.
Fourth, they didn't compensate me as respectful company usually do in such cases.
So I sent to them a mail regard my dissatisfaction and they return to me with there diplomatic answer:
"Thank you for...
However, please note that section 8. F. 8. In our terms and conditions state the following:
'In the event the Company will provide you (in rare circumstances) tickets which are worse than the one promised.
The Company will reimburse you the difference according to the prices of the tickets as published in the site on purchase day.
In case you receive better tickets you will not be charged with the difference.'...
This means that we were following our terms and conditions, which you confirmed when placing your order, so I am afraid there is nothing more we can offer you."
So, basically they can do whatever they want and we can't count on them to delivered, for them we are just money and they are not providing a suitable compensation for there clients.
I will probably will not order from them again.

No intentional mistake was done, much the opposite, a very quick response from our company, as soon as the mistake was found, is the real evidence of how important your satisfaction is to us. To pretend that we, as a company, will incur in such mistake and respective compensation on purpose doesn’t make any sense, it is not a logical neither profitable situation, there is nothing to gain out of it.

I ordered my tickets through the website 2 weeks before the event. The day before the event I had to contact the company to see where my tickets were. Soon after I shortly received an email advising the tickets need to be picked up from a guy who would meet me at a Cafe in Liverpool. This made me worry that I had been scammed. So I started researching the company and came across all these NEGATIVE reviews. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS as it resulted in a very sleepless night for me. I was also worried that the 11 year old and 14 year old would not be sitting with me so I texted the contact direct who confirmed via what's app that the tickets were all seated together. I had no worries about him using what's app as I have an international number.
The day of the game came, we went to the meeting place and was met by someone else who gave us our tickets on iPhone devices. He explained I needed to leave a £50 deposit or photo ID and return them at the end of the night. By this time I figured if it was a scam I now had 3 new iPhones instead! We got to the game, tickets worked and seats were fantastic and well worth the money I paid for them. I had two very happy boys.
I will say we were lucky but I think any web site you use could be a scam but this one wasn't and we had a very enjoyable experience!

I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I am with my experience. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this website. My son is a lifelong Chelsea fan (he is 15) and we live in USA. I decided to make a present for him and bring two of us to London to watch the Chelsea - Liverpool game on September 15th. Needless to say that the game was sold out, so I needed to use one of these ticket services to tremendously overpay for these tickets. I did not care, as I wanted to have the best experience for my son. I paid 442 pounds for two tickets in the Premium Bronze category (short side behind goal section). When I picked up the tickets from the local hotel I got suspicious right away, since my tickets stated that we had Restricted View. When we finally got to the stadium and found our seats, I was in shock. We had the very last row (Block 12, section JJ) in a section under the roof. When you sat down in these seats, you could only see a half of the field. To make things worse, the fans in this section did not sit down for the whole game, and we could not see the game even when standing up, since the roof was clearly in the way. The game was sold out and when I asked the usher to help us, his direct response was "these are the tickets you bought, this is why you paid cheap for them." Really? I paid cheap? The face value of one ticket was 23.5 pounds and I ended up paying 10 times more for a ticket that was absolutely useless. My son was in tears and in shock. I felt so useless as I did not know what to do or how to help him. We ended leaving in the middle of the game, since we could not see it and finished watching it in a local bar. My multiple attempts to contact this company after the game did not produce any response. To say the least, my entire trip to London was ruined. Please stay away from these scammers. I hope there are more reputable companies out there that you can deal with. If the company wants to reach me, my order # was *******.

You never got your tickets and only here we do agree but you got a full refund in less than 24 hs, exactly as our Terms and Conditions are stating, and here we ended our obligations towards this sale.
We have decided anyway to further compensate you, above and beyond our Terms and Conditions, and so 2 free tickets were allocated to your account with no expire date and an offer to extra refund your alleged ground transportation and 50% of yours and your son’s flights (Australia/England/Australia) was submitted to you by email on the 23/9 and 29/9. In both occasions you have decided not to accept them and yet threatened us to either give you a bigger compensation or to face a campaign online against us. Because you have decided not to accept the extra refund offer and, as important as this, threatened us, we have decided to withdraw it and so it was informed and explained to you as well by email.
I cannot find even a small trace of rudeness on our already long interchange, much the opposite, and cannot consider a company offering you above and beyond its obligations as a “worst organization in terms of customer service”, to say the least.
