I hunted high and low for this shoe and finally found it here, half a size smaller than I normally wear--but that's only 1/8 of an inch. Good PF support. Good ease for bunions. Very cute.
I was happy to find these shoes in stock, since they were out of stock most places I looked. The shoes are awesome, cute, comfortable, warm, and true to size...but they took 19 days to arrive! I do live in Alaska but USPS has flat rate to Alaska that arrives within a week, year round. When I contacted the seller they told me shipping to Alaska could take up to 14 days. Of course it can...but does it usually? (No!) I've been up here 23 years and buy stuff online all the time, I know how long it takes for stuff to arrive. 19 days is too long, and is way outside the normal time. I think they used one of those partner shipping methods, where it starts out with UPS and transfers to USPS so maybe that's why it took an eternity to arrive. Other than that, totally happy with my purchase!
My shoes came in only 2 days! They were brand new also. I don't like to take my chances ordering from other online shoe stores because I've gotten used shoes in bad shape.

I made a mistake in billing address. A customer service rep called to inquire, corrected my mistake and shipped the shoes on the same day. They arrived sooner than expected.

I only buy shoes from Footwear etc... due to my plantar fasciitis! When I first visited the store, the customer service I received was top-notch! I was placed on a machine that specified exactly what type of shoes would be best for my feet! I was outfitted with several different types of shoes (upon having my feet measured) and I took several strolls around the store! Hokas were recommended to me and they truly are the best shoes for my feet! This time around, I ordered my Hokas online since I already know they are best for my feet. What a convenient experience! These shoes were bought at a good sale price. Hard to find a nice looking shoe with good arch support and comfort. These fit the bill. Wish the other colors besides black would go on sale too.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The only thing I would suggest is to send an email or something confirming shipment. I placed my order, but had no way I could find to track it.
