3 days out of warranty and customer service wont accept a return. I have driven my truck minimally due to covid and everything being slow. Less then 6000 miles on the new part and it has crapped out again. OEM part lasted 170,000. The garbage they sell they can keep. I will take my business else where.

Order parts and paid for overnight service. When I called in customer service person was rude and obnoxious. No email sent no information sent did not inform me that it did not ship never had anyone so rude about a mistake they made.
I ordered two injectors for ford's junk 6.0 diesel engine. I received the injectors pretty quick, at a reasonable price, free shipping and $150 core charge was returned in a reasonable time. I will do business with these friendly and honest people again. It was all in all a pleasant experience.
We own a Ford F-350 super duty that has sat dead in our yard for 4 years, but my husband "had" to have it because it was a great deal. We had an engine rebuild but it still just didn't run. Finally diagnosed it as the HPOP at my 16 year old son's job at the local Diesel mechanic. Searched the web for one we could afford and stumbled across fordiesels.com. I read reviews but the reviews were based on injectors and none on HPOP. So I took a gamble but payed through PayPal just in case. These guys were great. I got the HPOP within a couple days despite this covid crap. Once installed we noticed a leak from one of the ports. It just didn't seal right even with the new o rings. So we called them and within just a short time frame (15-20 minutes) I had an email confirmation of a new HPOP being mailed out. We received it next day! Got the new HPOP on, truck runs amazingly, no leaks and we can finally drive it after all this time! I returned the cord and the faulty HPOP. Within 2 days of receipt back at fordiesels.com brick and mortar site, my core plus tax/shipping had been refunded. I'm very pleased. I'm sorry others weren't but this was my experience. Thank you!
I ordered 6 injectors and feed tubing for injectors for a Cummins Diesel. As soon as the injectors where placed in the truck, the truck started smoking and was missing. Two of the injectors were causing the truck to miss fire. Had to get two new injectors from them. Got them and one of the two were still bad. It continued to miss. The truck continued to smoke. Took my truck to a different shop who had better diagnositic tools and that shop was able to tell me that the #2 injector was still out and causing the truck to miss. #3 was weak and would be going out soon. #5 was the one causing it to blow black smoke. When I say blowing black smoke, I mean it was blowing so much of it that it is considered illegal to drive blowing that much smoke. There was so much variation on how good the injectors are. There is no way I can drive my truck like that. I am now going to replace all the injectors and send all the injectors back to them. This is ridiculous. I have not been able to drive my diesel truck since Dec 2017 and here it is June 2018 due to getting bad injectors. I would not recommend that you purchase them from these guys.
Tip for consumers:
The people there are very friendly and very helpful. They are very nice and willing to work with you. However, the product is substandard. I will say that I also purchased a high pressure pump and that appears to be good.
Not abnormal to have parts go bad, what is abnormal is how Todd in cs sent me a replacement and a claim form to warranty labor also. Thx
Julie was given full credit on all injectors once we received, injectors sent to manufacturer for testing which came back with contamination issues. Inside of injectors were heavily scared and damaged (video and picture documented). Customer contacted after testing and credit given to help her diagnose the root of the problem, she explained the problems she had with the first shop she had her truck which did not help her and kept the truck for an extended period of time. Once the truck was taken to the second shop the damage to the new injectors was already done.
