When our mom died, we knew she had those who cared about her all over the country, most of whom would not be able to attend her celebration of life service. By having this online presence for her, many people were able to share stories, photos and memories, which was very healing for all of us. This site worked very well; easy to use, well laid out and user friendly. It's great knowing this is an ongoing memorial we can visit whenever we choose.
I'm appalled that you have ignored 5/6 request to have a memorial permanently taken down. Estranged people with criminal harassment police reports are using your website is being used to torture and defame, create mischief and humiliate and cyber bully the immediate family, yet our requests are Being ignored.
It's the perfect site to keep memories alive. Missing a loved one is very hard but this site keeps my momma right with me at all times.
If you a week behind on payment they delete your site and try to make you upgrade for a year. Ridiculous when there are other sites that is free

Wish it were easier to set up but idea concept is Fabulous. Once set up it's a great place to go when you miss your mom

Easy to set up a memorial, add pictures, etc. Procedure for allowing others to add comments is a little clumsy. Generally good experience, though.

Adding a background song was a bit too difficult. I suggest a much larger and searchable background library of songs.

However, all the content will remain on the memorial website. We do not delete our users' memorials, and they always have the option to restore their memorial or contact our support team to revert a Premium memorial to the Free plan.
