I ordered a bed from these people in April and it was supposed to ship by August twelve. I keep getting nothing but excuses as to why it hasn't shipped yet. It is now October 3rd and they still refuse to ship it. I paid well over $2500.00 dollars to these people and they won't give me a reason why it hasn't shipped nor will they give me a shipping date.
As of now, I wouldn't buy a toothpick from them. I am working through the credit card company to get my money back and will never order anything from them again.
BTW Their answering service is the ultimate in rudeness.

After ordering a table and chairs from forever redwood the company charged my credit card in full prior to them making my table which they said they wouldn't. Then there were numerous delays from the second rate delivery service requiring multiple calls on my part. When the furniture arrived it was severely damaged with scratches. Raul said he would send someone to fix the scratches which he never did. He also said he would credit me 10% which he never did. Don't buy this overpriced Walmart furniture!
