“Good program but bad Facebook group”

I started this program with enthusiasm and good results but their official Facebook Community Group is awful. The Admin and Moderators never approve half the posts and after being ignored over and over I feel that FOK doesn't care about their audience, only in it for the money. Shame on you! Get better admins for your Facebook group!
