When purchasing a prefilled bullet journal from this site, i read that i will receive a digital copy of all the pages after payment as well as a printed bound book. I wasn't going to purchase until i read about the digital copy in the details section of the product, it was my only reason for purchase. After purchasing i waited a few days and did not receive a digital copy. I email the support team from the confirmation email to no avail. After requesting my digital copy i was told about the shipping. After reaffirming my query they sent 14 out of 143 pages from said digital copy. The site page was very detailed in what was included. After stating the missing pages and naming the pages the sight mentions, the support team basically said nope thats all thats included, refusing to send me the full amount. As a result, i requested a refund as i no longer want it if i cannot have the digital copy to which they also refused.
They have now removed the product from their site, hopefully to ammend the false advertisement.
