Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
The customer service is great and it's easy to use to receive and return shipments that can't come to our country. Thank you very much Jane.

I was looking to purchase some things from the UK but the seller didn't ship to Canada. I found forward2me and they were courteous and helpful. I shipped to my UK address and got the items repacked and shipped. Moreover; the items were perfumes and considered dangerous goods; forward2me took care of all the paperwork and shipping.

The article with alcohol made things complicated and you have to contact us by email. There is potential for improvement here. Then the high postage costs from DHL spoil it; with DPD it would have been 75% cheaper.

We are currently working on automating the alcohol shipment process with DHL to streamline the procedure for our customers. Once this is implemented, you will no longer need to contact us via email to request repacking with DHL.
Additionally, it's important to note that DPD cannot transport alcohol shipments to EU countries after Brexit due to regulatory restrictions. This prohibition is within their network's policy.

Joyce did a great work on helping to re-pack my bike to be sent from UK to Italy, he supported me in all the process, and answered pretty quickly. I Suggest to contact support, if needed, by WhatsApp, they answer immediatly.
