Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
Joyce helped me addressing all your concerns. She was able to made things easy for me in handling shipping and packaging. I surely use this service again.

I contacted the support and got support from Honey, who described the issue to me and walked me through the process for moving forward. I got prompt responses and was able to get the shipment processed within a day. Honey was not only prompt, but also professional and re-assuring.

One of my parcels went astray during repacking - which of course was disappointing. However, I was compensated very speedily for the amount I spent on it and also given a generous discount on the DHL costs. Forward2Me managed to turn a mistake around in a very customer focused way.

Very helpful with locating my parcel when I was going to have it binned due to it containing food and not being aloud to ship into this country. On further investigation the item was in fact aloud in country so Jane retrieved the parcel, messaged me and got it shipped! So helpful and kind making sure it wasn't money wasted!

I purchased an item and had it re-shipped by Forward2Me. I paid for Protect+ because the item is coming from overseas. The box came in from Fedex soaking wet, the item inside has pieces of cardboard on it. The item is not breakable and did not have damage but the box should not have been soaking wet. I put a claim in with Forward2Me. The CSR - Aimee responded and provided status every couple of weeks. However, after a few weeks, the CSR from Forward2Me sent an email saying that Fedex denied the claim. I contacted Fedex, who stated that the claim was not entered until March 1,2023. That is nearly a month after I received the box. I believe that Protect+ is a money grab and Forward2Me is a scammer!

This isn't cheap but its very very convenient. Ordered shoes from Spain which didnt ship to the UK so send them to the forward 2 me Germany addressed. Was updated promptly when it was received and a few clicks later it was on its way. Courier attempted delivery yesterday which was quicker than expected and looking forward to receiving the item today.

It was easy to understand what to do, the Forward2Me website was easy to use, the price reasonable all things considered, and my item arrived in perfect condition, quicker than I expected. I love the experience and all is perfect except for the shipping cost. It is ridiculously expensive and unreasonable. Forward2Me must have a better pricing since it is a company that deals a lot with major couriers such as FedEx and DHL. Thus, Forward2Me must have a competitive advantage compared to other companies and to us individuals.

I can see that you shipped from our Tax Free warehouse in Guernsey-not from our mainland UK warehouse in Preston.
Our Tax Free warehouse address is located in the Channel Islands- with limited infrastructure, the shipping prices can be a little more expensive than when shipping from the mainland UK warehouse and there is only DHL Express service currently available to customers from this warehouse.
If the goods are low value it would be more cost effective to ship goods from our UK mainland address and use our combine and repack service to ensure that you obtain the maximum value for shipping.
However if the goods are higher value it is often more cost effective to save the retailer sales tax on the purchase price and pay the slightly higher rates for shipping from our Tax Free warehouse in Guernsey address.
We do offer 2 new budget shipping services from our UK warehouse which are are called forward2me Lite and forward2me Lite X.
Both of our Lite services are only available for 1 package with a weight of less than 2kg, overall dimensions of less than 90cm and a maximum value of between £50- £100 depending on which budget service you choose. Our combine and repack service is not available for the Lite or Lite X courier options. The objective of our 2 new budget Lite and Lite X services is to ensure we have more reliable low budget shipping options (tracked and untracked) to every country in the world for single packages at low weight that we can receive and that can be immediately shipped back out internationally without the need for a repack service.
I hope this helps explain the difference between our UK mainland and Guernsey addresses and the benefits our service offers.

I used forward2me twice and will use them in the future as well. The service is great - one can see the status and all available actions on the website. Repacking and shipment can be arranged easily online via the personal profile. In case of any special requests the communication with the customer services is is also very professional. My items arrived very well packed and in perfect condition.

I had been trying to find a certain product all over the world and could not get it to New Zealand. I was really hesitant to try Forward2Me when I found it. To be honest I thought it might not work or the package would come damaged. To might absolute delight, I ordered the package, I got photo proof that the product had been received and then a week or so later my package arrived safe and sound in New Zealand. I would highly recommend this company and am just so happy that I managed to get my item.

The items' boxes were damaged... the packaging on a few got very beaten up/folded, and considering I never planned to open them as collector's items it was very disappointing. It would have been easy to use some bubble wrap or something to prevent that. Instead there was only some brown paper, but it wasn't enough to stop them from moving around and hitting the box/each other. The shipping box itself also got pretty beaten up... definitely the worst packing of any forwarding service I've used. That said, I did still get my items and they did reship my items for free when the shipping option I chose for my package wasn't available. So use them for things that aren't super delicate/whose packaging you want to preserve. If they can fix their packing problem they'd be great.

I am sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with our services and that you have received your shipment in poor condition to your address in USA.
Please note, all damage or loss claims must be notified to us via email as soon as the shipment has been received so we can request the relevant images and documents relating to the goods in the shipment, we can then proceed to determine liability for the damage and ensure we are still within the stated timeframe to be able to submit a claim to the courier if needed. All damage claims must be notified by us to FedEx in writing within 21 calendar days from the date FedEx accepted the shipment, failing which no action for damages may be brought against FedEx. I have checked the date that your shipment was dispatched from our Tax Free warehouse up until the date of delivery and we should definitely still be within the 21days to submit a damage claim with the courier for your shipment, if required, once we have further assessed the images of the damages to the packaging and to your goods.
I have asked one of my senior customer experience agents to get in contact with you via email to request the required images and documents for a damage claim ready to escalate this issue to the FedEx couriers if needed.
We would appreciate it if you could respond to the support ticket with my agent and we will ensure this issue is fully investigated and resolved for you as soon as possible.

Tax free warehouse is misleading: duties and taxes are still payable after consolidation. DHL was the only option available at checkout for shipping which turned out to be more expensive comparable to items directly shipped from eBay uk using their global program. 40 £ paid to repackage my items: packaging materials in which my items arrived in were repurposed single ply flimsy cardboard.
On the positive note: items arrived in 3 days after placing the order.
