Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
I am very happy...i live in northern Ireland and amazon does not ship certain items to northern Ireland and forward2me was more than happy to help me with this problem. Zero complaints here, forward2me does very much provide a very useful service

Our shipments came in exactly as we wished with everything in perfect condition. After placing our order we expected to wait a while for everything to arrive but we did not have to wait long at all. Within only a couple weeks our forwarded product showed up.

This was my first time dealing with shipping internationally and it couldn't have been any smoother. Love the 30 day window where you can stockpile and consolidate multiple packages which ends up being a cheaper alternative then if I were to ship them individually. When it was finally time to pull the trigger and have my stuff shipped to the US, my package arrived in a timely manner. Overall had a great experience and would definitely recommend foward2me to anyone who's looking for an international shipping service.

This is a really great service, wish I would've signed up years go. I use this service to purchase sneakers that I can't get within the US. Don't understand why one pair of shoes would be put into the Combine and Repack process. I understand the intent to save the customer a few bucks on shipping, but please understand some customers value speed over cost savings. I have no desire for my package to go through this process and have to wait until 1,200 other packages are repacked before mine (this is based off of an update email I received for where my package was in line). It only happened on the first order I placed, since then, all other orders went straight to the Ship Now process.
Yes, shipping does seem to be a bit high, but what isn't expensive these days, especially shipping something internationally. All in all, it's a great service and when I do have a concern customer service is quick to respond.

This is a great place to use when you want things from Europe. They provide fast, efficient and accurate service without any hassle. They definitely pride themselves on quality customer service and always provide choice to the customer in terms of shipping sevices. Fast option to buy UK products in Canada. Note you'll have to pay the 20% VAT if you use their personal shopper service. Would be great if they could setup the personal shopper service with a Guernsey billing address.

At first as my parcel containd 3 items it was over £400 to ship. After asking to be split this reduced it dramatically.
My advice is simple.
Don't consolidate your items as they become bulky and twice the price to ship.
Small and single is way cheaper.

Poor experience - underquoted initially, charged me 4kg for an item much lighter. Opened my package, demanded an invoice (even though there was one inside). Never sent any photograph. Website didn't allow currency other than pounds, I emailed them asking about this, they ignored it. I was then overcharged GST due to currency conversion.
Complained to customer service, they gaslighted me about how they photograph each item and delayed the processing of my package offering to "investigate" if I pay them more money. I declined.
Complained again, was offer d a refund on the overcharge, I agreed then they ghosted me and I never heard from them again.

I recently had a shipment where I received the wrong item. Thanks to a careful description by forward2me, and some thoughtful return to sender features, Forward2me made the return process painless, and forwarded the correct items as soon as they arrived. Much appreciated service.

I contacted them about the fact that they only have very expensive express shipping options available.
So they wrote me back that there are economy options available for the UK warehouse and I asked back how that helps me if I have a shipment waiting in the German warehouse.
After that I only got templated and way too general answers from them, not going anywhere close to a solution.
I won't be using them in the near future and can't recommend based on this experience.

I found an item from Ebay that didn't have the option of shipping to my country so I decided to try this forwarding service. They gave me a couple of addresses to chose from, I choose the one in the UK and I'm satisfied with the services there. The price was justified for the service I received.

I was so surprised when I received the shipment.
Initially, I was wondering about the high shipping cost but thought I was possibly underestimating the volume of the products to be shipped. This is due to forward2Me so far being very reliable and thoughtful in packing up parcels, which is the reason I didn't question it.
When I received the parcel, I was surprised, shocked and annoyed. The carton size was so big, my products didn't even fill up half of the cartons chosen. Additionally, the carton was filled up with those foam pallets, which are extremely bad for the environment.
Again, this is not a service I know from Forward2Me. The shipping cost would have most likely been half, if the person arranging the packing, would have done their job properly.

Even with the adjusted adress dhl si still not delivering Correctly. 2 packages was sent back will the exact address on the shipping label zone on the 2 went to forward2me and the other one que back to my eBay seller. As soon as the last Package arrive to your facility and I will delete my account with you.
I have found an other transit company for my delivery and so for they are doing good And nothing is complicated.
I tried asking the eBay seller to send my invoice so I could show you all the extra shipping fees ( 250$) but the seller don't want do get them for me.

I have used forward to me twice now from my purchases from the UK to the US and both times have been very smooth. My packages have not been damaged and both times I received my packages before the time frame they originally gave me and I am very grateful and amazed.
