I can see that you shipped from our Tax Free warehouse in Guernsey-not from our mainland UK warehouse in Preston.
DHL is the only option and is more expensive at low weights when shipping from Guernsey.
If the goods are higher value it is often more cost effective to save the retailer sales tax on the purchase price and pay the slightly higher rates for shipping from our Tax Free warehouse in Guernsey.

However, if the goods are low value it would be more cost effective to ship goods from our UK mainland address and use our combine and repack service to ensure that you obtain the maximum value for shipping.
We can now offer 2 new budget shipping services from our UK warehouse starting from £9.99 which are called forward2me Lite and forward2me Lite X
Both Lite services are only available for 1 package with a weight of less than 2 kg and overall dimensions of less than 90cm.

Please note, our combine and repack service is not available for either of the Lite or Lite X shipping services.

I hope this helps explain the difference between our UK mainland and Guernsey addresses and the benefits our service offers.

The first 30 free storage days for every package we receive will be indicated in green from the package. Once packages go over the 30 days of free storage they would then incur daily storage charges of 0.50 per package per day. Packages will be automatically processed for disposal after 2 months. Any packages that have exceeded the 30 free days storage will start counting down the remaining days of storage in red. If there is a delay for shipping due to an ongoing issue through our services, in other words, the delay is due to a fault at our side, we can delay the disposal process at the discretion of our CEO or management. Customers would receive an email on the 59th day informing of any packages that are due to fall into the automatic disposal system.

We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied, however, as per our terms of trade, section 8, from our website, all shipments that are dispatched through our services are sent under the delivery terms of 'Delivered Duty Paid' or 'Delivered At Place' with all of the tracked couriers from all of our available warehouses. Any duties and taxes owing for shipments upon import into the destination country would be the responsibility of the receiver to pay. If you are disputing the total duties and taxes that have been charged for your shipment, it is the responsibility of the receiver to contact the courier from the destination country to review the charges further. We are not responsible for any duty and tax rates that are applied for shipments in the destination country and all duty and taxes rates do vary from country to country.

Unfortunately we don't currently have the accreditation required to be able to carry out the customs clearance and calculate the duties for the goods through our services-only through the carriers.
The customs clearance process is a feature that we are currently looking into and it is our aim to eventually incorporate customs clearance within our service in the coming months.
