Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
This was my first time using a forwarding service, and I was a little nervous about how it would work. But it's been great, and I'm really pleased! I do think their website could be a little more straightforward and easier to into use (it's quite confusing at first!), but once I did it a few times, it was much easier. I highly recommend Foward2Me!

I used this service from UK to Croatia before, and now star to use German Warehouse too.
Even one of my Package was lost, they found it very fast. Delivery from Germany after combine and repack comes very reasonable and Parcel comes very fast.
Totally recommended service.

The shipping price is good, and the option to combine packages removing the outer box, all together in one box is cool. Occasionally there have been problems like mislaid parcels, however the customer service department do their best to resolve any issues. So, overall, I would recommend them.

I've used the service three times to forward items from UK storage to my address in Brazil, and the experience it was always fast and efficient. I prefer to use DHL as a courier. Used Forward2Me for a laptop recently. If you order photos, the procedure is clumsy. First they open the package after arrival. Then you can order photos. Then they open the package again to take the photos, which could delay the procedure by about a day. This seems unnecessary to me, I should be able to ask for photos in advance, so that the package is opened only once.
Otherwise I'm very satisfied, great service.

I ordered a package from uk to Canada.
I found that it took so long from when the package arrived at their warehouse to when I was able to request the package be forwarded to me - it was about 2/3 weeks. The package was a gift and it arrived too late unfortunately. Also I was only given one shipping option which was 89pounds which was over 200 Canadian. I also had to contact them several time to find out what was happening. They said they needed to wait a few weeks to see if there were any import fees from the original sender (it was an ores from the uk to the uk warehouse so not sure why the delay - there wouldn't be any charges since it wasn't imported). They also had to open the shipment and list the items individually which I then had to go in and specify what each item costs, then they had to repackage everything which seems like a waste of time. Unless they have some strange mail forwarding laws, they have a lot of room for improvement.
I have used other services such as shippsy which do much faster - only a day or two after they receive your item you can go in and pay a reasonable Canada post price to have it forwarded to you (around 10-20$ cad). They have an option to upload you invoice and that has all pricing info etc they need. Overall much smoother experience.

We understand that you ordered an item from Spain, which was shipped via UPS to our UK warehouse. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the delivery timeline of incoming goods to our warehouse. It is the responsibility of the seller or sender to ensure timely delivery to our facility. Packages coming from outside the UK may incur additional import duties. Therefore, we must hold these packages to ensure all fees are paid upfront before they can be released.
We do avised all customer if they are ordering goods in the EU, it would be best to use our Germany warehouse instead of the UK Warehouse to ensure that no payment of duties would incur. The requirement to open, list, and repackage items individually is part of our current process to comply with shipping regulations and ensure accurate declarations. However, we acknowledge that this process can be time-consuming and are exploring ways to make it more efficient.
We also noticed that you are shipping perfumes and they are classed as dangerous goods for shipping and we are only approved for shipping with DHL with additional surcharges. This surcharge is applied by DHL and we have no control over this fee. I had 29 orders shipped to Forward2Me within a 31 day period without incident. Most places purchased from would not ship to the US hence the reason for using a reshipper. So, after doing the math, it made sense to have numerous orders repacked and shipped from there to here. The only thing I learned at the end was to keep the value below 800 dollars to avoid an additional customs charge. Shipping from Forward2Me was amazingly smooth and fast. In the end, service, shipping costs, plus customs came to about what it would cost without using a reshipper but I was able to purchase what I couldn't and the process was easier.

Seriously I have nothing bad to say about Forward2me. I wish I knew about them before! For a long time I've been wanting to buy from this Japanese small business website. It's a japanese girl that makes very limited quantity items and very rare one of a kind. I could never buy from her website because she only ships to japan. Then one day I googled how to buy from japan and ship to Uk! Everything with Forward2me has been so easy! As soon as they receive my parcel they let me know straight away and they ship it to me same day or the day after, and depending the shipping option you choose the parcel gets to your home so quickly is actually insane. I think i choose the 3 day delivery and UPS delivery it so fast with tracking updates and everything^_^ Consolidating items is the best option for cheaper shipping. I love Forward2me and I will use it forever^_^
