We noticed you have shipped shipment from Japan warehouse with UPS Express Saver. The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.

Right now, we currently offer DHL, FedEX and UPS at Japan warehouse. Hopefully, we can provide budget friendly shipping options for this warehouse.

My package arrived fine. It was a simple flask, still they forced me to do a repackaging for unknown reason, which I had to pay extra for. If I have no other option, I should not pay for this. This also delayed the package one more day. Also there was a 1 day delivery option with DHL, which I choose, but that turned out to be a 3 days delivery option.

As soon as Forward2me shipped packages to me, the company used for delivery started sending me non stop texts. They would not deliver to my shipping address, customs had to be paid online or else packahe would not be delivered. I had to contact their customer service twice, and at the end, they disregarded my instructions to leave package out of site at back door. I won't use Forward2me again if DHL expressed is used for delivery.

It's great to see you were able to take advantage of our 50% Send it Monday discount.
You selected DHL Express as a shipping option - the package shipped on Monday and was with you on Thursday. Given the time of year we think DHL did a great job.
The DHL service is a DDU service, which means that everyone has to pay taxes and duties at the point the package hits their border - the specifics depend upon the country.
DHL send notifications to customers to allow them to pay the duties online. The vast majority of our customers prefer the convenience of this as the alternative is to drive to your house, risk that you are out and leave a note asking for a payment.
All DHLs notifications are configurable. Please feel free to forward them all and we will help you with instructions on how to switch them off or unsubscribe.

At first, they show you different shipping charges for different carriers ranging from $15 to $60. But when my product reached their warehouse, they instantly disabled all the low-price options and only enabled the $60 shipping option for my product showing some security concerns. They also charged some extra payments for my product being a Pre-paid card.

Order was dispatched and transported quickly, but at considerable cost. The package arrived in my country on a Saturday and was scheduled to be delivered to me the next day (Sunday is a work day where I live). The package was not delivered on Sunday, or Monday (despite promises), or Tuesday (despite more promises) or even Wednesday (despite even more promises). Along the way, the delivery service blamed me for the delay. (Still trying to figure that one out). Finally, it was delivered on Thursday. The item arrived i good condition, but for some reason, the receipt from the retailer was not included in the package. Too bad that Forward2Me suffers damage to their brand caused by the delivery service they sub-contracted with. Maybe Forward2Me will pass it on to DHL.

They lost one of my packages and would only deal with that by asking me to collect a tremendous amount of data on the various packages that I had sent to them. This was all data that they should have themselves. In fact, the most important data for this issue was data that they only have but I did not. I did 1 order, so they got 1 pack only. Why did they force me to repack? This takes longer time, and I didn't get any explanation about "WHY"? The pack was not damaged, and that was the original pack (from the website I did my order). They didn't do any special (visible) thing like repairing, or making it smaller to reduce shipping cost. Maybe (?) they put more tapes? Is that a "repack"? 2 more days for this?
So please in the future explain why we are forced to pick the 'repack' option once you get the pack...

I have used this company to forward items that I have purchased on ebay and other places in Europe. They have free mailboxes in several cities in the EU and they combine and repack multiple packages for both safety and savings and then offer a choice of carries and shipment products that allows you to ship multiple items to the states for a fraction of what it would cost shipping each package individually to the us from where it was purchased. Most of my experience is with the main UK warehouse, and I have dealt extensively with Aimee who has always gone above and beyond to resolve any issues that have arisen. I recommend this service highly and without reservations if you purchase things frequently from different sellers/locations in Europe

I had a parcel forwarded to Forward2me to be shipped to Australia. Customer service was great and I received updates regarding my parcel but the cost of shipping was extremely high. It seemed on the website that there were cheaper options however when it came time to ship, these options weren't offered, only much more expensive ones. There was little choice but to accept the expensive shipment choices.

It is difficult to successfully reduce volume for goods such as trainers or shoes due to the excess volume that is being created from the shoes boxes themselves and we also do understand that if the shoes are being shipped for resale then the original shoe box would be required to support the resale price. Repacking or reduction cannot always guarantee sufficient cost savings on the original shipping price quoted with the courier as this is dependant on the types of items that are being repacked or reduced inside a package. To compensate you for any inconveninece we have completed the repack service for your pair of trainers free of charge.
