Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
The site itself is good and I like it a lot, however, it could have options that competitors have, such as: The customer can describe whether the product he is sending to another country is a gift, used or new to avoid excessive customs fees from the country of origin, customer options allow operators to open and unbox products to further optimize order shipping and quoting.

A package from another person appeared in my account ready to ship from the warehouse in Germany. Then I reached out Forward2Me. Their team checked and took the package off from my account. I bought some sneakers from SVD I think they are in Spain so forward2me put my package on hold for over two weeks. They said it's waiting period in case any tax/duties are imposed. After 2 weeks I called and the agent Jane she was so nice released my package.

The whole process of shipping with Forward2Me was fast and efficient. Pretty much not long after my parcel arrived I was able to ship it already. There were also many choices for courier services and I am able to ship to wherever I wanted. The whole process to ship out my parcel was simple and quick too.

I am satisfied with forward2me services, the price is higher, but it is a way to buy goods that are not in the Czech Republic. Right from the first order, the package was lost in the German warehouse. It was a gift for my sister, so I was quite unhappy about it. Therefore, I had to use customer services. It was only thanks to the great work of Girlie from customer services that the package was found.

I foynd it difficult to gauge how much I would need to pay for delivery until it was too late, i.e only after the packages were received. In the end, the amount I paid I believe came up to more than 1/3rd of the total price of the goods. That is far too expensive in my opinion but there was no way to back out by then. Thanks for providing the service though. Perhaps others may find it still worth it though, but its just not for me.

5 star, awesome! It is super easy to do everything via the website. And the web chat feature is nice as well, we left message to the chat to ask questions, and got replied very quickly. The customer service is quite good. The shipping is fast. We will definitely use it very often.

I sent a monitor through forward2me, as the package was large, they mandatorily instructed me that the package had to be repackaged. The package arrived with a precarious packaging, as it was not properly protected in one corner. The consequence is that due to the poor packaging and transportation, the monitor arrived broken at one corner.

I originally signed up with MY US and they gave me the address of forward to me while my account was still being set up, after using the address, MY US could not find my parcel or tell me anything about what was going on with it. I thought I had lost it. So I signed up to forward to me online and discussed what I had done with a very helpful lady, sent through proof of purchases etc and they were able to quickly locate my package and it was showing in my account the next day. Forward to me really have their stuff together, I was surprised how quickly and easily they were able to track my item down. I was dreading that it might be misplaced or lost along the way because I didn't have an official account with them, but nope, it was so easy and straight forward, I can't say enough nice things about this company. Will 100% be using them again when I need any other items sent from the UK.

As previously advised to you we are not liable to offer you the full original purchase value for the goods in your shipment due to the issue with your shipment being a customs hold and this is classified as an indirect loss. Any customs decisions made for shipments that we send through our service are beyond our control as the shipper and also the couriers.

We have since offered you an additional service gesture and we will be happy to offer to refund the original declared value of the perfume items from your H&M order that you originally stated for the package. We are not liable to offer a full refund for the original purchase value of the perfumes from your H&M order because this is not the total value you had declared the perfumes at prior to shipping. If this shipment had not been placed in a customs hold or destroyed and the shipment had been filed as an official loss claim with the couriers you would not be offered the full original purchase value of the goods back by the couriers and the value for the goods would be calculated and based on the couriers SDR rate.
Please can you contact our customer service team to confirm if you are happy to proceed with the additional service gesture that we have already offered you so we can arrange the refunds as soon as possible.

I've had some horrible experience with shop and ship or other parcel forwarding service, but sometimes there is no direct shipping option from UK retailers internationally. Good thing I found forward2me! Website was clear and information straightforward. On the same day they received my parcel from the retailer they sent me a notification and thereafter their agent Aimee assisted me to have my parcel repacked safely and shipped out to my country. She answered all my questions promptly, and had my parcel out of their warehouse by the 2nd day! Wow that's an impressive service. I have purchased a number of items through the UK and Germany from sellers who are unable (for whatever the reason) or refrain from shipping items to the US and Forward2me has fill that gap. They shipments I have received through this service has been expertly package for safety travel across the pond to me here the US. Granted, the prices for shipping items have varied a little here and there, but the overall cost to get the items here has been fair. I would highly recommend this company and their services to anyone worldwide.

I ended up paying over £300 to ship a strong metal light shade worth about £100 from the UK to Singapore. The range of prices quote was absurd: about £300 to £700.
The goods were massively overpacked by Forward2Me which hugely added to the weight, size and cost of the transport.

There are only 2 factors that determine the price for shipping. These are size and weight.
Repack for Saving aims to 'reduce unnecessary empty space. Combine all items into fewer boxes. Discard any retailer or manufacturer packaging at the discretion of forward2me'.
Unfortunately, Repack for 'Saving' was not possible for your package due to the types of item inside. We did include additional packaging to ensure the goods were fully secure and protected for transit.
The original dimensions of the package did not change. The chargeable weight for the shipping price of the package prior to repack was based on the size of the package as the greater weight- not the actual weight of the package. After the repack was completed the size of the package remained the greater weight. The additional packaging that was added to the goods and the increase to the actual weight of the package did not effect the final shipping price paid.
The shipping price paid was still within the original price estimates shown prior to repack.
We are committed to offering all our customers the lowest prices in the industry by providing a price match, free return to sender, and a refund guarantee;
If you have found a lower price for an identical service before requesting a shipment, you can send us a link with the offer and we will match the price.
If you have changed your mind after your parcel has been received in our warehouse, you can simply request our free Return to Sender service and we will handle the return for you completely for free.
If you find a lower price after you've received your parcel, send us a link with the offer and we will refund the shipping price in full.

I send 3 bottles of perfumes to my forward2me address in the UK.
Unfortunately they could not send it over to me at my overseas address since they were considered as dangerous goods.
