Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
Great for being able to get stuff from folks who don't want to ship international. The price to ship things on to you once it's received by F2M is very expensive. I buy a lot of stuff from overseas and F2M's prices and shipping options are much higher and I don't use the service as much as I would like as a result.

A carried lost one of packages (no fault of forward2me) but a rep from forward2me (Kat S.) coordinated with the carrier regarding the missing package and made sure the carrier refunded me for the lost package and the shipping costs. Did not expect that from a forwarding service!

I bought a sticky item that included a cleaning tissue to clean the surface with before sticking the item and this cleaning tissue is categorised as hazardous item and it prevented the item from being shipped so I asked to discard the tissue and was done in no time

I wanted to order a product that didn't ship to Sweden and it was pretty expensive for shipping (£36) but totally fine in the end. Just prepare for like a 25% customs tax if ordering from UK because of brexit. I bought product and shipment before Forward2me for like £150, and then + £36 for their final shipping to me, and I paid like maybe £30-40 extra (probably 25%) after it arrived in Sweden (where I live)

I have always been very satisfied with the service provided by Foward2me in England. Whatever the service, it is fast, and offers reasonable shipping prices and a lot of choice of service providers between England and France. But for the first time I used their service in Japan... and there it was very disappointing! Only one shipping option and an exorbitant price. And I speak knowingly because I have been using Buyee.jp's services in Japan for years, so I know very well the shipping prices between Japan and France... In conclusion, I will continue to use Forward2me in England but never again in Japan and that does not encourage me to test their other international services.

I purchased a perfume from SEPHORA.com. SEPHORA.com delivered the perfume via Uber. When I found out that the package was not delivered to Forward2me, I protested to SEPHORA.com. I then requested SEPHORA.com for photographic evidence of the Uber staff placing the perfume in front of my door. However, no photographic evidence existed. We further requested to contact the Uber staff member in charge of the delivery to confirm the delivery, but he replied, "We made the delivery. Therefore, we cannot refund the money". But then the CEO of Forward2me and Aimee proactively addressed the issue. They said that Forward2me, who is not originally responsible for compensating us, would compensate us. I was very surprised and at the same time I learned about Forward2me's sincere attitude towards their customers and their high quality service. Thank you very much. I look forward to working with you again in the future.

The service is quick and well organised. The layout of the page (insertion of values etc.) are a bit tricky for those not used to it. So beginners and new clients may struggle with it. But there is a quick and responsive help service, which provides comfort. Shipping and packing are always very good.
I am satisfied with forward2me, wouldn't change it and will encourage others to use it as well.

Although there were troubles such as the item being returned because it did not reach the destination in Germany, it seems that the purchaser and the destination were able to coordinate and it arrived safely.

I made a purchase of 8 pieces from a retailer. By mistake of the seller 7 pieces were shipped,in the meantime I asked to reduce the size of the package correctly executed. When the last piece of the same order arrived, I asked to put it in the prepared package. I was told that I would have to pay for 2 shipments. Very bad.

I am sorry for this inconvenience, however, we are not aware of the expected delivery dates for customer orders arriving to our warehouses from the retailers or sellers.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all packages are present in your inbox prior to requesting repack or shipping from your account.
Once a repack is completed it should not be re opened. These terms and conditions are clearly stated from your account before you agree to proceed with the repack request.
Unfortunately your optimised package was already completed and sealed before the final package arrived to our UK warehouse. Optimisations cannot be undone once completed.
You requested us to re open the optimised package to add an additional package but this would have required us breaking the new tape seals and packaging in order to add in the additional goods and then re seal it. If you needed to include the additional package to your repack request, the best advice would have been for you to wait until the remaining package had been delivered to our UK address and once processed to your account you would have been able to request repack for both packages at the same time for the required courier service.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes you but we do give prior notice to all customers regarding repack requests from their account.

I had an issue using the German warehouse for the first time. It appeared that ID documents and proof of address must be uploaded, before shipments, even repacking can be done. Since there is (too) little information given on the package inbox, I tried and tried to request repacking and only a pop-up telling me documents need to be uploaded before this can be done - without saying what kind of documents, could have been invoices for some of the packages as well… Finally Honey guided me and the approval of my documents was done within an hour or so. Great thanks once again to the Forward2Me support team and this time in particular to Honey!

First selection of GLS for delivery was a mistake. They took my package, stuck it in a warehouse in Poland and did not deliver to me, with no explanation. After complaints from Forward2me, they returned it, and this time I chose DHL, who delivered efficiently with no issues.
Forward2me support from Nica was excellent.

I have been using the service for more than three years and they have the best customers service I have found and the most reliable shipment receiving system. Due to incompetency of FedEx they lost my package in May 2022. Kat at Forward2Me did all the follow up until October 2022 and she kept me updated all the time in a timely manner. I had lost all hopes but Kat is amazing at her skills and was able to get a resolution that was acceptable.

They say fast and with 4 days but they need a few days to unpack (even when they say it's just 1 day) and they need a few days to just hand it over to the shipping service. So at the end you wait longer.

Your two packages were delivered by Royal Mail on Thursday 22/12/2022@09:34 and 09:37 respectively. These packages were processed and available for shipping that same morning. You saved money by electing to combine and repack your packages@13:39 that same day - 4 hours after arrival at the facility.
At the point you selected combine and repack you were shown a message explaining that combine and repack takes up to two business days. After the repack was completed, immediately there preceded a 4 day national holiday at the UK warehouse and many countries of the world. We completed the repack in less than 28 hours so, despite it being holiday season we completed the task well within stated targets.
You paid shipping@20:43 on the evening of Friday 23rd of December. You will note that the next business day in the UK and many other parts of the world is Wednesday 28th of December. Not one single courier is collecting or delivering during this time. DPD collected your shipment on Wednesday 28th December - i.e. The first possible opportunity.
I believe both forward2me and DPD did an outstanding job on your shipment however, if you see anything specific in our processes that you feel could be improved, please do let us know.
I was using Forward2Me to ship the auto parts from Germany to the US. I had a bunch of questions regarding shipment, payments and package handling. Aimee from Forward2Me did a great job and provided an assistance during the whole process. I highly recommend using Forward2Me

Easy experience. Got the package very fast (as expected with express). Wish there was an economy option as the package wasn't that big but it was even bigger I would have to pay through the nose to get it redirected express. Please add economy redirecting options!

Was told that repackaging was required - not clear why.
Was given a shipping estimate. Accepted the estimate, but the actual price for shipping was much higher than the max in the estimate.
The package arrived on-time, with no damage, which was great, but I think the price for the service was unreasonably high.

There are packages that we receive and mark as 'Repacking Required' either because we have identified the current packaging for the goods as poor and insufficient and feel the contents would be at risk of being damaged and to make sure the contents is more safely packed for international shipping or because we feel there would be a sufficient amount of excess space to save you by repacking. The cost for shipping will also be dependant on which repack option is chosen from the customer account. 'Repack for Saving' will aim to remove as much original packaging as possible to be able to consolidate items into one or fewer pieces. 'Repack for Safety' will aim to retain all original packaging to ensure the goods inside are as sufficiently and securely packed for transit as possible. 'Repack for Safety' can cause the overall shipping prices to remain at the higher end of the estimate courier pricing range. The repack advisory on a package is not mandatory, you do not have to proceed with the repack for your packages and you can accept the risk of shipping packages as received. If you wish to dismiss a repacking advisory for a package, please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.

Forward2Me is my savior for the shopping in UK. I do buy a lot from eBay auctions and everything is getting delivered to Forward2me.
