Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
Had a small hiccup due to the address for DE warehouse being in the incorrect format on the website, thus 1 of the parcels has returned back to sender. When contacted CS I was given the correct address format and the 2nd parcel (main one) arrived successfully. From their on, all went smoothly and the package was delivered to me within 48hrs.

Smooth operation, received my item in exactly 1 week from Germany through FedEx. Vendor does not ship to US so I had to use them for forwarding services. Very smooth transaction!

I had a package that had never showed up. Aimee from the UK shipping office tracked down that package, gave me a discount code so I wouldn't be charged for the extended 'stay' the package had and made sure it got to my combined shipping box. Very satisfied.

I have found that their services are good but expensive and I am considering using a different freight forwarder for that reason. Also, lately I have found that they increasingly find cause to repack shipments from reputable companies and ofc charge extra for that favour, which leaves me perplexed.

Everything went smooth even though I had a mistake with the shipping address. Only thing was when they repacked my item, they didn't include the original box when they shipped my item. It was my first time using their service and didn't know about that repacking process. Would definitely use this service again in the future.

I couldn't give up on the product being sold out in neighboring countries including Japan, so I bought it at a shop in the UK and planned to send it to Japan easily via forward2me, but I made a mistake in the operation and had to return the product. I have issued a disposal order. When I hurriedly sent an email to support, Nica, who was in charge, listened carefully to my requests one by one without panicking. He even did the final check. I would like to promote it in the future, but in Japan, free shipping is commonplace and there is a culture of being reluctant to pay 5 euros, so I was very surprised that the shipping fee was half the price of the item I purchased. However, with such a responsive and courteous service, it is natural for people who cannot speak English to pay for peace of mind. I think that the price according to satisfaction is justifiable, so if you want to use it in the future, please rest assured that it is a reasonable price. Nica Customer Service **************

I've been trying to ship a small garden statue that I have only been able to locate in the UK for months. Unfortunately, I was told by every shop that they are unable to ship to the US. Forward2Me provided the only opportunity to get my statue shipped to me. I provided the address given to me by Forward2Me to the garden shop and had my statue shipped directly there, and the very next day Forward2Me shipped my statue directly to me in the US. They repackaged it so it would make the trip and it arrived safely, before the expected date. So thankful to the staff for the awesome service they provide!

I love the "combine and repack" service! The team did an excellent job reviewing the package, and suggesting that shipping fee could be lowered by repacking the package, avoiding unnecessary volumetric weight. I didn't have such flexibility with previous forwarding agent.

Forward2Me was an excellent choice for purchasing items I cannot find in my country. The combine and repackage feature was helpful and cost effective. Ordered from a UK vendor who wouldn't ship to US so opened an account with forward2 me. It shipped from vendor on Thursday to Preston and got opened, inspected and reshipped FedEx express and was here in Los Angeles on Monday lunch time. 6,000 miles in 5 days total. They have an assortment of shipping options from cheap to expensive. Would use them again for sure.

The service was fine but there wasn't much transparency on the pricing options. I've had problems sending a large parcel because when reaching out for support they didn't bother telling me that 2 centimeters over what I asked would result in an additional fee, and secondly I've had to explicitly ask to show me all options for shipment, since I was initially only shown one option out of the many I should've had access to.
The repacking service was well done though, and there was care put in to not damage the delicate contents

Your soft toy package, when originally received to us, was over the customer account restricted limit of 120 cm which is the reason why you were being shown the palletised advisory message when you attempted to source a shipping price for the package from your account. Any package that is over 120 cm in dimension or 31.5 kg in weight is restricted for customers to ship from their accounts themselves, the package is classed as over sized or over weight and can be subject to additional handling charges with the couriers. The additional surcharges for both overweight (+31.5 kg) and oversized (+120 cm) should already be included in the final courier prices shown from the pricing page on our website. We apologize if this advisory was not highlighted to you by the agent from your original support ticket.
I can see that we were able to reduce the current dimensions of the package to below 120 cm by submitting a repack request, however, please be aware that even though we were able to reduce the dimensions of the package below 120 cm, although this ensures you would not incur additional handling surcharge fees for the package, the chargeable weight for the shipping price of the package would still be based on either the volumetric weight/ size of the package or the actual weight of the goods-whichever is still the greater weight. I can see that we managed to safely reduce the overall dimensions of the soft toy package by 13.55 kg to avoid you paying any additional oversize or overweight surcharges with the courier within the final shipping price. Your optimised package was only showing shipping options for DHL, when the reduction service was completed, because our repack team had marked DHL as the required courier service for the reduction request in error. We apologize for any delay or inconveninece this may have caused you and this will explain why you were not shown alternative courier service for your optimised package when you clicked 'Ship Now'. We were able to remove this courier option setting from your optimised package easily upon request so you were then able to proceed with selecting the required courier service of your choice and make payment for shipping.
If you do have any questions or concerns relating to future packages or shipping from your account please do not hesitate to get back in touch with our customer experience team and we will be more than happy to assist you.

I paid to have my package delivered via FedEx in 8 business days. The package was shipped on Nov. 19th and the last scan was on Nov. 21st.
I asked the company to step in and help. They told me they opened an inquiry with FedEx on their end and I did the same thing. After one week, FedEx told me they concluded the investigation, and my package is considered lost.
Since Nov. 26th, Customer service representatives have been telling me that "They are waiting to hear from FedEx." On my end, FedEx tells me that there is no way it can take that long to hear back from them that the package is lost. This company does not want to take responsibility and has been waiting for me to do exactly what I am doing right now--give up and let them keep my money.
I lost about $150 in all of this just before the holiday. It was a gift for my kid. I just wanted to share my experience.
