Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
I attempted to have an item that is unavailable in Australia sent to me on about four occasions. Still, the sellers were unable or unwilling to proceed when shipping the article. So I decided to use the services of Fordward2Me. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they were willing to have the item repackaged and sent to me. The staff I dealt with were very understanding and helpful in ensuring I received the best service. I highly recommend that anybody with problems with overseas shipping get in touch with Forward2Me and they will ensure that your needs are met. The staff member who dealt with me provided excellent service and deserved a five-star rating.

I purchased 3 small items that you can't get in the US. These items were shipped in a box to my UK address provided by forward2me. When they received the package they had to combine and repackage them. This part was the only part I didn't understand or like. Why do you need to combine and repackage something that was already combined and packaged? After that they shipped my package to the US and less than a week later I had my items. Their shipping rates are reasonable and I'd defintely use their service again.

Forward to me were not truthful in the execution of their service. I was told I had no choice but to repack my parcel which everytime I chose the option I was put at the back of an ever growing queue. Then that I had to use a courier to send the package which was the size of a letter and had a value of less than 5 pounds. I was told this would cost me 35 pounds altogether. Once I queried this huge cost I was told it was the only way and that I would be receiving benefits of a private courier. Benefits I didn't need or want. So it ended up costing a small fortune for its worth. Won't use them again which is a shame as I used them in the past and didn't experience any of this.

I have been using F2M for a while now and recently shipped a package from Guernsey to South Africa. Our office were closed for the festive period and our warehouse managed specially came to the office, received the package from DHL and put it into storage because we were closed. When we reopened in January, we started the process to check and receive the goods. On opening of the package, the goods were broken. The fragile glass items were not even packaged properly with soft fragile goods protecting material but merely put in a box. When i contacted F2M, the blankly refused to honor the insurance i paid for saying that i should put a claim in 24 hours after receiving. I explained that we were closed for the festive period but again, refused to submit the claim. They are unethical in every sense of the word, taking money for insurance at a hefty premium and not honoring when called upon.

Any service that you use will state a time frame for submitting a claim. Our terms and conditions for claims states that you must advise us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. This is shown on our terms of trade https://www.forward2me.com/terms-of-trade/ and also from section 12.2 and on our protect+ page https://www.forward2me.com/protection-guarantee/. The shipment was delivered to you on the 19th December which means we would have required notification of the damage on or before the 20th December 2022. You state this was not possible because the delivery address for the shipment had been closed during the national holidays in December 2022 but someone had been available at the address to accept delivery of the goods on the 19th December. Therefore, the goods had been accepted and were in your care since delivery from the 19th December.

I found Forward2me on the internet for getting my UK shipment to me in the USA. I was having some difficulty in navigating the forward2me website and requested some help in moving my package through the process but was not being very successful until Kat got involved, straightened me out and uncovered the roadblocks. I had mentioned that F2M needs either some screen shots of the right way to process the package through the system or maybe a short instructive video for first-time customers to help them through the process. Thanks to Kat I think that will happen.

I used forward2me service (UK Free tax => York House, Green Lane West) for the first time. I had an issue with my parcel not delivered to me because of courier company and I had no track of the process. I sent a simple email to forward2me support team (Girlie, Nica and Chris) that I have no idea about my delivery.
In no time, Girlie, Nica and Chris started tracking my request, providing me tracking id and more and more details of the delivery status and pushed the courier company to release the product from local custom and send to the customer address. And in 2 to 3 days, I received it because of forward2me.

The website said i had to get my parcel repacked and i paid a fee for it but when it came, it was in the same packaging as the company that I bought the product from. I find this misleading esp since i was told there was over 900 parcels that need to be repacked and I had to wait. In the end, I paid for fedex to send me the items. I won't be using this forwarding service again.

I had not filled in my adress correct on the label for the package arriving too forward2´s facility so i was not 100% sure that the package would arrive to the right location, but after contacting their customer service i got help with everything and could relax while they helped me solve the problem.

I bought an item and shipped it to my Germany warehouse, but the seller forgot to add my account id to the shipping label, so the stuff couldn't immediately picked it and added it to my account. Fortunately, the stuff in Germany warehouse is very kind and professional, and they added it to my dashboard eventually. But 30 days had passed, in theory, I need to pay the storing fee, but I contacted with the customer center and told them what happened, they're willing to waive the storing fee, I really appreciate it.

In response to your concerns relating to the transit times for your shipment, I understand that you paid for FedEx Connect which states a delivery time of up to 8 business days to Saudi Arabia.
Please be aware that all transit times provided by the couriers on our website are all subject to any unavoidable connection or transit delays and local customs clearance. All transit times provided on our website for the courier services offered should only be seen as estimates.
I have looked at the date that your shipment was dispatched from our UK warehouse, which was Monday 28th November and the shipment arrived to your address in Saudi Arabia within 7 business days.
All tracked courier services that we offer will add additional business days to the original estimated transit time to ensure there is sufficient time to transport the shipment to the local sorting facility, get the shipment cleared for export and finally dispatched to the destination country.
Overall, we feel that you have had a very successful shipping and delivery experience through the FedEx Connect service.
I hope this helps you further and please do let me know if you have anymore questions or concerns in the meantime.

Recently, I bought a watch and selected forward2me to send it to the USA. After DHL made the mistake of sending the watch back to Forward2me in the UK. I had the worst experience of my life with Forward2me. They refused to honor the Protect + Guarantee insurance and damaged my watch box and watch. And when I asked for pictures of the damaged box, they send me pictures of a similar box with no damage done to it. If I'm you I'll stay away from these people. They cheat, lie and cover things up to avoid liability. They'll go the extra mile for not honoring their Insurance.

Your watch was returned to us by USA customs by DHL due to customs refusing clearance for the watch and insisting that a CITIES certificate would be required. The access damage to your watch box was identified by our processing team when the watch arrived back to our UK address from USA customs. The access damage on the watch box matched up to the cut marks from the original package tape under the customs tape. This indicated that the access damage to the watch box was caused at the point of customs carrying out the physical inspection of the watch. It clearly states from our protect+ page https://www.forward2me.com/protection-guarantee/ that our Protect + has certain key exclusions that apply and one of the exclusions stated is indirect loss or damage. Any damages caused by customs are classified as indirect damage. While we are happy to offer refunds and/or compensations to eligible customers, we had reviewed your damage claim and we found that it did not qualify for a claim under Protect+ guarantee as the access scratch or cut to the watch box was not due to our operations or due to courier handling. However we did still offer to reimburse your Protect+ fee as a one time service gesture.

In my packaging dashboard there were sudden packages with an expired storage date. They were identified as late bookings by the warehouse but the system would not allow to pay the invoice without the extra storage costs. As I could not be aware of these pacakges and therefore not be blamed for these lost packages, NICA came with the solution to waive the storage costs with a discount code so I could arrange shipping for the proper price.
