Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
Found this service. Wasn't sure at first how it was going to work, but it did! I came across this service by accident. So glad this service exists. It allowed for me to be able to get something shipped to me that is very special, and I had been wanting for a few years. Item was shipped fast with tracking. Item arrived without issue and in perfect condition. Also, I had a few questions throughout the process, they were fast to answer and very responsive. So, thank you, thank you, thank you so very much!

I gave ebay seller my Foeward2Me address. They sent it to some drop-off location not my address. I was sent a notice the package had been delivered. I assumed it was to the address given. I contacted Forward2Me asking what had happened to my package? They (Chris) looked into it and found it was at this drop-off location. He arranged to have it picked up. Now it's where it should have been delivered to in the first place. Once I found out, through Chris, that the "delivered notice" I received was not to Forward to me I contacted the seller. He claims the courier he used was the cause of the problem. Thanks Chris for solving this problem.

The postage was quick the customer care team very helpful. The forward postage cost was very expensive and I wasn't given any indication of postage cost beforehand however without the service I would not have been able to buy my item

My grandchildren are crazy about tonies, a screen free entertainment system. I had purchased all those available in the US, but wanted the tonies sold in the UK. The tonies site in the UK does not ship to the US. I used forward2me to purchase the UK tonies. I was a bit scared to try it, but it worked perfectly! Great communication, options and speed. This forwarding service is easy to use with a few country options in Europe and UK. I was a bit confused when the item hit the address and wanted me to upload a document before forwarding to Australia (it didn't explain what or why) but a quick Google gave me the answer - a receipt for the ATO.
Would recommend, will definitely use again

Seller seemes to made a mistake when the seller sent my purchased goods to forward2me, and once the package was shipped from forward2me to me, but the import inspection in my country determined that it was against the law and the package was sent back to forward2me's warehouse. Jane and Regilyn were kind, courteous and prompt in their response to this difficult issue, which resolved the problem. I am really grateful to them both.

I wanted to order some books that would not ship from the company to the US so I discovered forward2me. After emailing the company and making sure there wouldn't be any issues, I decided to place and order and have it shipped to their warehouse in the UK. I spoke with Regilyn through email who was very friendly and made me feel at ease with placing my order. Overall I had a 10/10 experience and would definitely use this business again. They repacked my books with the same care I would have handled them with myself and they arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with my decision to use forward2me!

This is simply the best cheapest and most reliable forwarding service I've ever used.
I wish I overed US services really as all the service providers out there are kind of inefficient and inconsistent, like they would do a good job this time and very poorly on the next occasion. This is by far far the most consistent and best overall performer PERIOD.

I unknowingly ordered an item from the UK during a tumultuous time. Royal Mail employees were striking, and Royal Mail had a cyber attack. Sadly, this was the option I picked for shipping to my destination country. I took a month and a half for my parcel to move to a distribution center and a further month for the parcel to arrive in my country.
During my frustration throughout this process. The customer services representative I was in communication with (Nica) was more than understanding and patient with me. Supplying me with updates and information. Nica is certainly an asset to Forword2me. A pleasure to deal with, answering all my questions and concerns.

When I selected the combine, repack and ship option, it gave me a range for the shipping costs. I think it was approximately 120-140. After the packages were repacked, I was quoted a totally different price (approximately 175) and had only one option for the shipping. This is a classic bait and switch practice and is NOT the first time I have experienced this with F2M. Increasing the price by 25-45% is not acceptable and I am going to look into another shipping company. I am tired of paying more on the back end than was quoted in the beginning. This is completely unacceptable especially when you are holding my items hostage.

I forward one package with dhl with 8 items for à value of more of 1000£ and the package has never arrived to me. All invoices were communicated. They purpose à refund of 50£, it's less of the cost for forwarding!
And each package received in the warehouse we must take option "combin and repack" so lot of time lost.

Please note, all loss claims must be notified to us via email as soon as possible so we can request any relevant information from you to investigate this further and to also ensure we are still within the stated timeframe to submit a claim to the courier if needed. All loss claims must be notified by us to DHL in writing within 30 calendar days from the date DHL accepted the shipment, failing which no action for damages may be brought against DHL. I have checked the date your shipment was dispatched from our UK warehouse up until the date that DHL confirm the shipment as delivered and we should still be within the 30 days timeframe to submit a loss claim with the courier for your shipment, if required, once we have further assessed the images of the damages to the packaging and to your goods.
Please be assured we will work closely with you to try and get this matter resolved for you as quickly as possible.
I will ask for one of my customer experience agents to reach out to you via email to request the required details relating to your shipment ready to escalate this issue to the DHL couriers as soon as possible.
