This company's service is absolutely unacceptable! They've completely lost 3 of my expensive packages that were delivered to them on the same day. How on earth do you lose three packages at once? On top of that, their support is a joke—closing chats every time I ask a question so it looks like a new conversation. My concerns are being blatantly ignored. Their service has gone downhill fast, and now I'm being told by their so-called "manager" to submit a lost package request? Seriously?!

This is the insulting response I got:
"We understand how valuable your packages are and the frustration you may feel in this situation. We are not saying these are missing, these are the tools to directly send it to our warehouse team in the USA."

This is the kind of garbage they serve to paying customers. Absolutely disgraceful.
