Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
I registered an account and used the account address when ordering a coffee machine that the web shop did not ship outside of Germany.
A few days later I received a notification that my parcel had arrived at the Forward2me warehouse and I selected a carrier and paid. A few days later my parcel arrived in Stockholm.
Simple as that.

I had an oversized parcel to freight which took a bit of organising. Regilyn at the Preston warehouse was an amazing help in getting it to me safely. She was always on hand to answer questions and was polite, helpful and professional.

I used this service for an Etsy purchase. I'm buying a lot of things for my upcoming wedding and I saw some items on Etsy that only shipped to the UK. I looked up ways to ship to the US, and foward2me looked like the safest bet. Going into it I was a bit hesitant, just because my purchases were so big. But, their customer service team did a great job assuring me that the packages were in safe hands. It only took about 5-6 days to receive my package and that's including shipping from retailer to my UK address. A little pricey but would definitely use again.

It is rare that one gets a problem solved so quickly. In my mind, my response to the solution, "exactly, that will do it". Aimee responded to my message to help sort out a confusing situation. I was not sure if the package was mine and quite frankly, the issue should not happen. Usually, a support person will ask you lots of questions. I feel exhausted that I usually say ' forget it'. Sometime, you explain the situation, the person gives you a respond as if he/she had not read any of what you wrote.
Aimee first message began by describing the situation (the packages and their content). She sort outlined two options. One option was the solution. My reaction was " that's it, I like that".
This is what I call support. So thank you Aimee.

I've used this service twice so far. First time everything went smoothly. Second time, I had some issues BUT they were amazingly helpful. They got the shipment and right away they informed me also they shipped it one day after I pay that it also good also it's an address in uk tax free that save money and the shipping to your destination country it's no so expensive (but not cheap either)

After having tried pretty much all the leading forwarders for many years, I am currently using only Forward2me. No need to look elsewhere - they have it all. Multiple locations in most major e-commerce countries (US, UK, Germany, Japan), competitive pricing, work with all major couriers, work fast, and even fill out the customs declaration for you (you just need to input the price). Everything is fine, I am from Mexico and did not have a passport.
