Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
Their process is well thought out and has been integrated well into their website. My U. K. post address was clearly communicated and thus easy for me to understand, for foreigners located in other parts of the world, understanding another country's addresses isn't always straight forward, which could lead to other (shipping) problems when placing the order. The packed was received by them and forwarded to me within 24 hours. I received it within another 48 hours. Their price was fair. Shipping options were plentiful.
Other forwarders I used in the past were a nightmare and extremely expensive.
I wouldn't hesitate to user Forward2Me again or recommend their service to others.

I've been using them on a regular basis for the past year or so and the quality of service has been outstanding. The entire staff has been great, Mrs Laura C. From customer service most recently. Being a repeat customer consistency is key and now after a dozen or more orders with excellent service from them I'm confident it will continue. I was fully expecting some minimal damage with my previous order due to the size and quantity of fragile contents. That was not the case, it was prepared and packed superbly by Simon. I've dealt with other forwarding companies in the past so I speak from experience when I say F2me is the best.

I used forward2me couple times now, they are fast respond, quick delivery at fair price.
Their customer services is very helpful and thoughtful, they will provide solutions and suggestions.
They allow you to return back to the sender (provided with return shipping by sender) at a few bucks, very flexible to shoppers like me always changing my mind.
They use plenty forwarders at a very fair price, I always chose DHL, fast, reliable and effective. I tried few others, they are relatively high at price compared with forward2me, one even saying to me it's not possible to use DHL at such a price!
Love it! Highly recommended.

Carrier lost my parcel, supposedly delivered in a pickup store but i've went three days there and no luck finding it.
The UK tax free thing was a bit confusing so i didn't bother but i probably coud've dodged 35€ in taxes so there's that.

UK Tax free does not refer to any potential destination duties and taxes. All of the shipments that we dispatch from the Tax Free warehouse are under the delivery terms of (DAP) 'Delivered At Place' or (DDU) ‘Delivered Duties Unpaid’.
This means that any potential import duties and taxes owing upon entry into the destination country would be the responsibility of the receiver to pay.

As the shipping costs were so high I asked customer service if they could make the packaging just 1 cm smaller on any side.
I said just 1cm.
Customer service replied that they had packed it as small as possible.
I believed the customer service reply and paid the shipping costs offered.
However, when I opened the box I received, there was more than 10 cm of space on top side.
In addition, the space contained a paper cushion.
Packed it as small as possible?
I understood that Forward2Me won't give to make effort to reduce shipping costs for customers.
If the service does not improve, I will change to another forwarding company.

Forward2me are very dishonest with your privacy. They admitted to me that they open all my packages and go through the contents before they will ship them. This is NOT stated on their website, that basically you have no privacy & they can open what they want.
They did this to my package & then told me the item couldn't be shipped, when in actual fact it could be. Their assumption was just wrong.
I have since deleted my account and will never use them again. Many forwarders offer better services, without invading your privacy.

Beware when choosing FedEx as your shipment carrier. I had a 6 piece shipment that arrived on 3 different days. I would also opt for repack as most of the lps were in flimsy packaging. They all survived the trip to the states thankfully.

I recently created an account after trying similar services in the past and having mixed experiences. First of all, the website is the best I've tried yet, very intuitive, with a clean design and all the information you might need. In addition to providing you with five different addresses (for Germany, Japan, the UK, UK Tax Free and the US) they offer a great number of useful services, e.g. the possibility to upload invoices right after a purchase so that when your order arrives to their warehouse you don't have to fill out the details. I have yet to receive my packages, but I already had to contact the Customer Experience team (for no fault of theirs, the mistake was mine) and I was assisted by Girlie, who was polite, helpful, gave me a super thorough answer and solved my problem in no time. Very happy with my experience so far, I hope I can add another good review when my packages arrive!

One of the worst and most incompetent services from a company, I paid an Ups shipment from London to Guatemala for more than 65.00 euros and the shipment was not delivered due to errors caused by Forward2me. The company refuses to refund and shows the cold shoulder, the best thing is from ups that there is confirmation that they have received the money back. Never again this company

Forward 2 Me is a fantastic forwarding service. I have used them many times and cannot recommend highly enough!
Forward 2 Me hold you parcels in their warehouse until ready to ship abroad and can also repackage them into one parcel to save on shipping costs. Shipping is incredibly fast and a good price too!
Recently I had a query relating to my items. A lovely team member named Kat, from the UK warehouse was most attentive. She responded to my query promptly and gave detailed information relating to my question. She was most helpful in arranging for my parcels to be sent on to my new address with no hassle. From start to finish my transactions were smooth ones. I did both the personal shopper service and having items delivered to my freight forward address, and both were quick, efficient and no problems. The price to ship to my country was not high as expected. I did business with another popular courier and Forward2me was way better than them, so sorry I did not stumble upon this company first.
Their site is easy to maneuver and they do their best to inform you of what is happening via email every step of the way.

I'm using this service for the second time and it will be the last. The invoice included by this service made a complete mess out of the customs clearance. Not to mention the price of the shipping itself. When the parcel already arrived to the warehouse from Amazon it appeared to be higher than the item itself. As a result I'm paying almost triple for my purchase… go find some experienced and honest company.

After i made the freight payment i got a msg that there were 234 packages ahead of me to be combined and repacked. I took things lightly and was willing to wait for a week or more but to my surprise the very next day i was told goods has been shipped. Good job! Keep it up!

I tried many forward companies, untill i found them, they are excellent in treatment,handling your package and give you a good choices to ship your shipment but i have a long issue with them when my package is coffee beans! They Always consider it as food stuff, so i must email them to remove the tag to be able to send it me every time! Thats why i gave them 4 stars otherwise they deserve 5.

Forward 2 Me is very efficient and I'm very happy to receive an item from a site that doesn't ship to Australia however, the cost of shipping is really outrageous (I'm sure that's not the fault of the business). I would like to see an option to use Royal Mail which would be at least a little cheaper. It doesn't really make it cost effective when the shipping is more expensive than the item purchased.

There are only 2 factors that determine the cost for shipping which are size and weight.

Both services are available for 1 package with a weight of less than 2kg, overall dimensions of less than 90cm and a maximum value of between £50- £100 depending on which budget service you choose.
The Forward2me Lite and Lite X options are not available for shipping if you choose combine and repack.
For peace of mind for all of our customers, forward2me offers a price match, free return to sender, and refund guarantee;
If you have found a lower price for an identical service before requesting a shipment, you can send us a link with the offer and we will match the price.
