Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
I order a book, the experience was fast and efficient, and the price for the service was acceptable but the book was label wrongly as a videogame so the tax between uk and Germany was expensive vs the tax of a book

I ordered a product from the UK and used forward2me services. Nica helped me successfully navigate a UK shipping process I was unfamiliar with, as I reside in the US. There were delays along the way, as I needed to ascertain if there were any outstanding import duties or taxes. Although it took time and patience, Nica was readily available to answer my questions and listen to my frustration and concerns. She provided excellent customer service. I purchased NIKE shoes this time, and this is first time using Forward2Me service.
When I received it, I found a scratch of cutter on the box of NIKE. I know what happen, when open the box to check inside of my box, they cut NIKE shoes box not only cardboard box.
Unbelievable, insensitive.
I never use this site.

I was really skeptical of the site at first since I had never used a service like this. However, after my first purchase and delivery (which I was really nervous about) Everything arrived relatively on time. I will use the service they offer a few more times to see whether the cost is worth it. The cost for my purchase was $30 dollar delivery using ups worldwide. I also added an additional insurance of $20. So total cost of delivery was 50 dollars plus tax.

I have used the service provided by forward2me multiple times and I can only recommend it. Packages are quickly processed and the shipping rates they provide are very fair. They also provide a lot of information about every package and every shipment in the dashboard that is very easy to use. But the best of all is the great customer support. The Wilmington, DE warehouse, where my US address is, has got very nice, committed and competent support staff who always try their best to help you with your individual problems and questions. For example, support staff Nica helped me split a package that was too heavy into two smaller ones and saved me hundreds of dollars. She then tracked my shipment and made sure everything went well. Great customer support!

Amazing website, excellent service and rates. But honestly the most amazing them is the personalized customer support. I had a problem with one of my shipments (all my fault, I left the country that I was supposed to recieve the shipment earlier than planned) and I had JOYCE from the customer support helping me across the whole journey. Numerous emails and dedicated support to make sure I recieve my shipment, not the normal robot that doesn't do you any good but a dedicated, empathatic and helpful JOYCE that hears the customer needs and make sure that your valuables are not lost and your voice is heard throughout the process. Have been using Forward2me USA a couple times now and its a great service. The site is easy to use, processing of packages is pretty quickly and they have great customer service. When I found out they had a pricemarch guarentee Nica from CS was very helpfull in getting me the discount and adding a final package to the shipment that came my locker during this process.
