Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
None of the UK eBay sellers would ship to USA. So after some research, I decided to try Forward2Me. Not sure on the shipping and handling cost but wanted the parts anyway. So I added the provided UK address to eBay and purchased the items. Once the items arrived at Fordward2Me, it only took a few days for them to get the items shipped via UPS to the USA. Their pricing was fair and less than I thought it might be. However, I wasn't expecting to pay customs which I know if the government and not Forward2Me.
The customer communications via email was excellent too.
I would recommend Forward2Me to anyone needing that kind of service. Just know the shipping and the custom charges might be high.

Ordered a jacket from London to be sent though this service. After noticing it was delivered to my UK address and not receiving notice on how to get it shipped to my address, I emailed them. They then told me it was because it had to go through a second inspection after the first one, which is ridiculous. (keep in mind this was after giving me run around for tracking numbers and sender details, which im sure they already had) they're autobot kept closing my requests without answering my questions. Finally they tried to say that the item wasn't there, when that is a lie because they told me it was there and they needed to do a second inspection. They then asked me to send proof as if I didnt already send them a tracking number. I sent the proof and I haven't gotten a response yet, just another autobot merging my request.
Frustrated and scammed, I will give them one more day to make this right or else im getting a refund and filing a report. This is disgusting.

Unfortunately, two of my items were damaged in transit as they were incorrectly repacked by F2M. However, Nica, in customer service did a great job getting the damaged items reimbursed and even refunded my shipping cost! She was friendly, courteous, and made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome. This is the second shipment that arrived damaged. The first problem (also the fault of the repackers) was never resolved so I truly appreciate Nica's assistance.

F2M recommended my package should be repacked because the original box was not very strong. I hesitated but confirmed. When the package was arrived I was so pleased. Their new external packing was very strong and secure. Inside the original packing was indeed very weak and not suitable for international shipping. An incredible pair of Adidas shoes were gone in minutes from the Canadian site and I thought all hope was lost, but I received an announcement that forward2me now had a location in the US so I decided to give them a try and they did not disappoint. Ordered from Adidas US on Sept. 18th and had them on my feet Sept. 28th. Probably would have gotten here even sooner if I hadn't held things up incorrectly inputting my shipping address! A fantastic CSR, Jane, responded immediately; investigated the situation; and helped me get that sorted easy peasy. I would not hesitate to use this service again. So happy to be able to buy from the American shops I love that don't ship to Canada without having to bother friends and family South of the border!

I ordered 2 Mathmos Lava Lamps and used Forward2Me to ship to the USA. Extremely pleased with the repackaging and time to ship. Lamps arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely use Forward2Me again.

This is my first experience with forward2me services. The only down side is that the freight charges was double the cost of my purchase/shopping. The package is 1.51kg and came in a big box (I believe it's from the retailer) resulting in the high freight cost which was more than SGD200. As my purchase is 3 clothing items, they could be folded and repacked into a smaller box or a poly mailer. Perhaps forward2me could provide repacking services for such items. Thank you.

We understand that everyone is facing financially challenging times worldwide and the fluctuating fuel surcharge rates with each courier service are causing increases in the overall shipping prices we are currently offering. Some courier companies review their fuel surcharges once a month whereas others review and amend the fuel surcharges on a weekly basis and the courier services' are also having to apply additional emergency surcharge fees in relation to COVID restrictions from country to country. We understand the inconveniences and difficulties this may be causing some of our customers.
We do offer a repacking service from all warehouse locations but I can see that you did not choose to request combine and repack for your clothing package from your account prior to shipping from Japan. If you had submitted a repack request for your clothing package there may have been sufficient excess space to save by reducing the current size of the clothing items inside and this may have helped lower the final courier shipping prices available to you.

Bought an item to get delivered here. On there website they show nothing about not allowing shipping to UK. Infact they show shipping to uk is 9pounds. So i went ahead and ordered my one time product to them and it got there, then on the site it wouldnt let me ship to UK obvious sign of a scam, so i contact them adn they say oh we dont ship to uk. They asked for the item invoice, so i provided, they refused to send, asked for a bank statement, i sent it they refused to send it. They started telling me oh thats not how an invoice looks, well im sorry thats how GOOGLE makes their invoice. Now im out of pocket with no item and staff even have the audacity to ask me for my card details. Will Update if they actually deliver. This is my 7th email to them and they refuse to give it to me.

Contacted Aimee about the delays of a UPS package. Contact with UPS was made but we could not establish from UPS what the delays were and why the package appeared to be stuck in the UPS warehouse. Eventually after emails too and fro UPS sorted the problem and the package was cleared by customs. The UPS customs fees seemed quite high but I paid these fees on line and the parcel was delivered on Thursday after a 2 week delay. The delays were due to UPS not informing anyone what the problems were and I will probably use DHL next time as although they are more expensive than UPS they normally communicate better if there are any problems. We got there in the end and the teddy bears have thankfully arrived safely! Thank you for your patience and help with this..

I was awaiting my delivery and wondered where it was; then I received an email from an employee here named Nika, informing me I could have a package but they weren't sure if it was mine. They worked to get my information correct based on their suggestions, and now everything is fine and I have a plushie coming soon. The shipping of my product from original site to Forward2me was perfect and the time frame of reshipping it was also very speedy. But I believe there was an intentional inflating of my reshipping options/cost. My item was 7x4x2 inches, I have no idea what the box size was the item was sent in from the company ( it was cologne so use your imagination) but the repacking was a complete travesty. I was sent a box that could have held 2 laptops filled with tons of packing peanuts and I was given one delivery company and price option, 3 day express which I would have gladly saved money by choosing a slower service. Forward2me charges a minimal cost to resend it but why it would want to not charge slightly more and give less money to the delivery company's like DHL is beyond me. The cost was almost the same as having it shipped from the company. I will endeavor to never use this service again if possible.

I can see that we had identified that the products within your package were classed as dangerous goods for shipping purposes.
The cologne would have required a repack service to ensure the goods were packaged into the required size box to comply with Dangerous goods regulations for shipping internationally and we are only accredited to ship dangerous goods with DHL or FedEx services for shipping. Your package was repacked for the DHL Express service because the additional dangerous good surcharge fee with DHL service is lees expensive than with FedEx. This is the reason why you would have only been able to view one courier service at shipping stage.
Unfortunately the dangerous goods packaging requirements and additional surcharge fees are not established by ourselves but by the accredited couriers who each have to abide by the rules and regulations set out by International Air Transport Association. Therefore there is no negotiation on the set packaging requirements or dangerous goods surcharge fees for shipments containing products such as cologne.
We are sorry for any inconveniences.

My second time using this company and I'm pleased. I ordered a pair of boots from a UK-based luxury store during the Christmas crunch. Despite this, it took just slightly longer for Forward2Me to get my parcel to me. Equally importantly, my order had to be repacked and F2Me kept me continuously updated on the status of my parcel prior to delivery.
Would use the service again. Prices aren't low (about 50 GBP via DHL to send my boots, not including the optional insurance of 20 GBP), but I think it's worth it for peace of mind.

The whole process was convoluted and incredibly time consuming. By the time I had completed all of those steps, the cost was then presented to me... By that point, I was well and truly committed to getting the items to me, so I went ahead and did it, but holy hell did I regret it! Almost AUD $400 just for the shipping of a 40cm x 40cm x 40cm box of skincare and makeup. Nothing flammable, no aerosols etc. I would expect an inflated price if that were the case, but no. Just no.
Sent "express" but still ended up taking approx 2 weeks longer than the exact same shipping company (purchased through a different company) as F2M hadn't completed the required documentation, so it was held up at customs.
Would not recommend, unless you love burning your money and have an excessive amount of time to kill.

We have verified your delay complaints with DHL directly.
Their system shows that the shipment was on hold with Customs because "New Consignee Contact Information" was required. There is nothing that suggests DHL or Customs needed any documentation from the shipper. If you disagree with this information please let me know? Also the national December holidays in Australia did cause a delay for the delivery. During the booking stage for your packages our processing agents identified some of your cosmetic products as restricted. These needed to be shipped as dangerous goods with the courier and this is the reason why you would have been pushed to repack. The dangerous goods by air service has additional surcharges within the carrier shipping price which can cause an increase in the final shipping price overall. The additional surcharges for dangerous goods shipments are not determined by ourselves. These are determined by the carrier who have to comply with the rules and regulations of IATA (Dangerous Goods By Air).
Because you are in Australia we are obliged to collect GST on behalf of the Australian government. This is out of our hands.
