Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
I'm glad that I used forward2me services. Cheaper, faster and reliable than other similar services I've used from their competitors. I highly recommend Forward2Me.

After receiving my shipment (E-Vapers and Coils) the shipment was put on HOLD, seemingly because it contained "dangerous goods" and "Unsure if can ship electronic cigarettes and parts".
Why would I order something which I knew was not possible to be shipped to the destination?
Anyway, I was alerted to this "problem" via email with "Alcohol Shipment" in the subject. This might have been a small oversight but it puzzled be nonetheless. I expect a company which doesn't anything other than shipping to be informed about restrictions (which were none in my case). Finally after 4 days being held and emails back and forth, everything seemed sorted and I was informed that a repacking was needed to which I immediately agreed. After the repacking status was updated, I could finally trigger the shipment, or so I thought. The flag "dangerous goods" which was still (falsely) set for my package prohibited the shipment to be triggered. After another day of emails back and forth (still showing "Alcohol Shipment" in the subject BTW) I could pay for the package which was then released.
In the end the package arrived safe and sound at it's destination which is nice, but there's definitely room for improvement in the way it's being handled.

I used this service to buy a 2022 build a bear werewolf brand new from the UK. As of 2023, it's been discontinued here in the USA and has been being sold for outrageous prices by scalpers on eBay- I'm talking over 100 dollars for a toy that started out costing 22 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous.
Using this service, I wound up paying about 50 dollars in all for my werewolf. Still expensive, but 50+ bucks cheaper than I would've paid for one from a scalper here. Not to mention, I got to make a wish on him and add a scent to him, rather than having to just deal with him smelling like someone's moldy basement.
The worst part of using this service was going without tracking. If you use it, GET THE TRACKING! It's well worth the peace of mind. I thought he got lost in the mail for a couple days there!
I at one point made a mistake on the website in adding the wrong tracking number to a declaration, and then tried to input a correct one... And both turned out to be wrong and unnecessary. I emailed their support and got a quick response from an agent called Honey. They deleted the incorrect entries for me in a heartbeat. I do wish that there was an option for users to delete those things themselves, but it was quick and easy enough to work with the system they currently have.
In all, I think this service is great! Just make sure to get tracking, and also make sure you get everything right when declaring the contents of a package.
Tip for consumers:
Some sites don't take American cards if they don't ship direct to the US, watch out!

I used their services to order a mathmos lava lamp in Canada and although you have to expect it to get repackaged and pay about 150$ CAD in shipping, they are fast to proceed your item and ship it upon arrival at their warehouse and I received it in 3 days.

An eBay item which is not to shipped to abroad by seller. As soon as arrived to foward2me address, the process began to work. DHL service can deliver the item within a week.

I bought a product in UK that could not be delivered directly to Germany. So I was looking for a way to find someone to do this for me. I searched the internet and found this company. Forward2me gave me an address in the UK to wich I could have my order sent.
Then everything worked reliably.
Since I hadn't expected my delivery to take so long to Germany, I was of course a bit skeptical and kept in touch with Forward2me.
They were always friendly and answered promptly, day and night. I would like to give a speciel mention to Aimee, wo always answered my questions with patience, put me at ease and gave me hope. It took a really long time because Royal Mail was on strike, but finally my delivery arrived in Germany after 17 days in transit. I was very happy when the postman gave me the package.
I can highly recommend this company, it is not particularly cheap, but the only way for me to have goods delivered from UK to Germany.
All in all I am very satisfied, and I want to thank all the stuff once again for doing a good job.
If necessary, I will gladly use this company to order again.

- I had 15 items in the package
- The declaration of the goods do not allow to refernce to the item. So I was not able to give information to the custom, e.g. the bill corresponding to the item
- all letters were opened by forward2mee. HGow can you dare to open my letters
- the opened letters were closed by a wide adhesive tape, wich destroyed the stamps on the letters
- one item was declared as coins, but all items conatined stamps, so another discussion with the custom
- The Sending was nbot one package, but 15 big letters. So pollution and a lot of waste
- Very expensive
In summary: I will stop using forward2me.

We would like to clarify that your packages were shipped individually because you had not requested our Combine and Repack service. While we advise that our customers opt for it when shipping multiple packages as it is more cost-effective and environmentally responsible, we do not combine packages unless the customer has chosen the service.
Editing permissions for descriptions and commodity codes are granted by our Customer Experience team upon request. Our representatives are always available to process such inquiries in a timely manner.
As per Section 9.2 of our Terms of Trade, we are required to open packages to ensure that they do not contain prohibited items. Envelopes may be opened to ensure they do not contain documents or other items that cannot be shipped using an address provided by forward2me as described in Section 7 of our Terms of Trade.
Our pricing tool clearly indicates that our rates start at a minimum weight of 1 lb (0.455 kg) for a package. If you have been able to find a lower price for your shipment with another forwarder, you can submit a refund request by sending an email to info@forward2me.com or via the live chat and contact form on our website.

I ordered 3 CBD vapes from the UK that cost less than 50 euros. First they said they cant ship them at all. Then after a week, when I finally explained to them that it's legal they said; okay we can BUT ONLY WITH DHL because it contains batteries. And they quoted me a price of over 50 euros, which is more than the items I ordered.
They have a shipping calculator on their website that has options with batteries to select for calculations, like smartphone, tablet and laptop. When you choose those items, it offers you a vast array of shipping options, not just DHL (which is the most expensive).
Other options are way cheaper and are the only reason I chose their services. If they really do not ship items with batteries with those services, they must disclose that there, in their shipping calculator.
This is FALSE ADVERTISING. And I have been going back and forth with them for 2 weeks now, not getting any real help, they only answer the questions that suit them and ignore the rest.
All in all, terrible customer service and false advertising leaves me feeling scammed for my money when I could have gone with other forwarding services who are transparent and fair to their customers. Do not recommend it at all.
