Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
The wrapped 5 glass perfume bottles together, threw in he boxes they came in away I guess. They should put them back in box to keep them from getting busted

Nica from the support centre of the Germany warehouse was GREAT, constantly keeping me updated and in the end solving my issue (damaged products) in the best possible way for me! I'm really satisfied of her support, but I can't say the same of the Forward2Me shipping.

The delivery times offered are completely incorrect. I paid £47+ for 1 business day delivery, and following purchase, was immediately notified by DHL that the delivery will take a week.

August 8,2024: Your shipment was picked up and processed at a DHL facility before making its way to East Midlands. Here, it was sorted and prepared for its next leg. By late evening, the package departed from East Midlands, heading towards Germany.
August 9,2024: Crossing Borders. Upon arriving at the DHL sort facility in Leipzig, Germany, the shipment was processed and quickly sent on its way. This facility acts as a hub for sorting and forwarding packages, ensuring they reach their next destination smoothly.
August 11,2024: Arrival in Poland. Your shipment touched down in Poznan, Poland. At this stage, customs clearance updates were regularly processed, indicating that the customs procedures might continue while the shipment was still in transit.
August 12,2024: Clearing Customs. The following day, the shipment underwent final clearance processing in Poznan. Customs clearance was successfully completed, allowing the package to move forward towards its destination.
August 13,2024: On August 13th, the shipment was out with a courier for delivery. The journey came to a successful end as the package was delivered in Poznan, Poland.

The value of the shipment were very expensive, for a toy of 100 pounds I had to Pay 20 pounds to ups and 40 more when i received the box, 60% of the total price is a very cost

The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I see on this occasion the volumetric weight is higher than the actual weight 0.85 kg so the shipping fees are calculated on the higher volumetric weight 2.57 kg.
We also noticed that you requested for repack for safety this will add to the total volume of the box.
The costs you have paid to forward2me include multiple services such as receiving your package, repackaging if needed, and preparing essential export paperwork to help send your items from the UK.
It is important to mention that these charges do not cover any possible import duties or taxes, as well as brokerage fees that may be required when importing the products into your country.

I have had endless issues with my packages. Some were supposed to have been repackaged, yet were not. Every time I received a package, even if it was well-packed, I was notified that it had to be repacked. Some of the items in my packages were received as damaged, even though they were repacked for safety. I have had issues with consolidating my packages, and even if it was overweight, I could not send them out individually. The result was that I had to pay more and use a different carrier. A lot of time was wasted on expediting my orders, customer service kept on putting me in a loop and further wasting my valuable time. I will not be using this service again!

Julie from Support was great at handling all my enquiries regarding an order gone wrong (missing item - had to return the whole package). She was personal and professional at the same time. The 5 stars are for her. The whole service though could be clearer before you engage yourself. For example, had I known that what I wanted to buy can only be shipped under certain conditions at my own risk and after having paid shipping costs at more than GBP50, I really wouldn't have gone to all the trouble. The estimate for the shipping cost was wayyyy off base. I hope to be able to use the service in the future under different circumstances.
