Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
Item delivery was as promised. There was quite some delay in consolidating my packages and the shipping costs were slightly higher than some of the forwarding services I use regularly from the US and other parts of Europe.

I believe you have requested a combine and repack for your multiple packages, reducing the cost of shipping.
The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I see on this occasion the volumetric weight is higher than the actual weight so the shipping fees are calculated on the higher volumetric weight 2.54 kg.

The UI isn't intuitive, but the service is everything I'd want from the logistical standpoint: consistent updates for every step of the process and clear lists of options where decisions had to be made. I look forward to my next opportunity to use this service.

As a new person to this site, I found it not the easiest to navigate in respect of various steps to follow. My package somehow had the wrong address from the German retailer but luckily located by someone called Honey for which I gave a good review. I wasn't aware of the process for 'package in box' as this wasn't clear & only after watching a grainy video, I knew what to do. I had previously locked in a price with one of the couriers listed but in the end could not access this site. I checked with UPS for updates & was not aware that my package went to Poland which is why it took quite a while.

I was unfortunate to receive an additional gift (5ml vial of perfume) from the seller to me that now had caused my parcel to be declared as containing dangerous goods, which it originally isn't!
Luckily, kat was able to help save the day by getting the warehouse boys to help remove that vial of perfume and hence saving the day!
