Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
Made a mistake with my package which was entirely my fault (nicotine items not permitted for UK->EU forwarding, according to their terms and conditions). The returns process was handled quickly and professionally by customer service agent Aimee from the Preston warehouse, and at a fair cost. Would use again.

I'm really happy with the service that forward2me provided! I received email notifications every time when something changed with my packages. I needed some assistance about declared values for customs and their customer service team replied to my question very fast and they were really helpful. I'll use them again!

I've only used Forward2Me on a couple of occasions, but I can only say that my experience to date has been first class. On this occasion I had multiple packages to ship, I found it very easy to identify the cheapest shipping method and they were delivered fast and in perfect condition. I really can't ask for more than that.

I wish to provide this additional feedback on my.forward2me.com, in the footsteps of my initial review. I chose my.forward2me.com to act as my forwarding agent for purchases made on UK and US web sites. After a very fast and easy account set up, I had my first UK package delivered to my.forward2me.com, then received the package at my home address two days later, i.e. Faster than most domestic mail. This is what I call a customer-oriented company, and they have my business for years to come.

First time using this service it was excellent. This time I ordered a small, flat purse about 9" x 6" x 1.5" and.31 lbs weight. It arrived in a ripped up bag and fortunately crystals were not damaged. The most inexpensive cost was over $45 which seemed really high for such a tiny clutch purse.

Please be aware that the shipping quotes that you are provided from the pricing page on our website would have not included the additional Australian GST at this point- our pricing page can only show +GST. This is because GST has to be calculated from 10% of the total purchase value of the goods and 10% shipping cost and this cannot be added on until the final shipment has been processed for your package from your account.
We are required to recover GST on behalf of the Australian Government from all customers who are shipping goods to Australia that are less than $1000 AUD total value. This information is also available from the FAQ's section on our website.

Even though my item arrived broken, I would still say that Forward2Me is the best forwarding agent. Before, during, and after my order, Aimee was incredibly kind and responsive to my emails and questions. I've used a few forwarding agents in the past but Forward2Me has the best customer service of them all. I'm used to having to fight for refunds but Forward2Me refunded me for the broken item with zero hassle or dispute necessary. Thank you again for being so lovely!

I was interested in purchasing a special bottle of whisky to be shipped to the US. I researched all their website policies and FAQ beforehand, to ensure the service was offered and available. I even ensured that my state of residence allowed alcoholic shipments.
I placed the order for the alcohol and it arrived at Forward2Me swiftly. When I attempted to pay for the forwarding services, I was told that because the shipment contained alcohol, I needed to contact Forward2me directly to arrange shipping. I reached out and was then told about all of the requirements to ship alcohol to the US and that Forward2me has NEVER been successful with personal shipments of alcohol. They recommended that I contact a private broker to arrange shipment; private brokers charge £200-£300! It's just one bottle of alcohol.
At this point, I feel straight bamboozled. I'll never use Forward2me's services again and absolutely do not recommend.

We do offer various courier services for shipping alcohol internationally however there are some countries who restrict imports of alcohol. We cannot offer shipping services for alcohol to all international countries and we strongly recommended that you contact our Customer Experience team first to determine if we would be able to offer shipping for alcohol to your country prior to purchasing.

I can see you have been put in contact with Chris, our senior customer experience advisor, who will assist you further and discuss the available options for your alcohol package from our UK warehouse.

I ordered from a Uk based stored to ship to France. Because a cyber incident at the Royal Mail, my package was delayed. Customer service were very helpful in providing information and my package was delivered just a few days later. Would definitely use again!

Had 8 items repackaged too save money on shipping to the USA. It saved me a lot of money and arrived in great condition and time. If want too save money then let multiple purchases build up so you can add together. The 30 Days allowed for holding of items before Shipping helps with this

Forwarded a few packages from UK online stores to Ireland through Forward2Me. It's always a pleasure to use. I must admit though it's a relatively expensive way of shopping because of the extra shipping fees (and in my case import duties/taxes).

Used to be great, fast and efficient. Lately it's been terrible. Last 2 packages took over a week to process, then were sent via UPS and the paperwork was wrong, so upon receipt I was taxed fully as the price of the expensive postage was added to the total value of the item, and had to pay tax on that too. Very unhappy.
