Hard to find a trusted service provider these days. Especially when your goods include lithium batteries. They are the one, very helpful, upfront, reliable, responded my queries in timely manner, and I got my item imported from UK, delivered to my place without any issue.
I used to love forward2me but the cost of my recent package was twice what it normally would be. Numerous extra charges and limited shipping options. This may have been the last time I'll use this service.
Used the service to get a Steam Deck in the UK and ship it to Australia. The service was really good and fast shipping the product. I got it in 10 days with DHL.

Forward2Me was better before. Nowadays it seems that there are to many users. Combine/repack takes long, getting an answer from customer service likewise.

Firstly I would like to apologise. I can see that your repack request slightly exceeded our 48 hour target and I can assure you this is something we aim to avoid.
December is a peak business season for us and due to the ongoing industrial action with Royal Mail we've seen large spikes in our workloads. The 48 hour limit highlighted on our website is normally the maximum amount of time needed to process a combine and repack, we usually complete these within 24 hours.

Great service, got a vinyl soundtrack for a birthday gift, arrived super fast and in perfect condition. UK to US.

They suggested the repacking which cost £67.However, they have not matched their words.They have done nothing mentioned in the message.My package came in diffrent boxes without repacking.The box did not have fillers to portect the battrey.The box looked like any normal boxes from the forwarder. The only differnce was two stikers added which had "battrey and dangerous".I will never recommened their service. This is a cheat.
Never ever dealing with them or trust them on my goods.

The positive things first: the whisky bottle arrived savely and the support answered quickly. But your online software program is not optimizied for shipping alcohol from UK to Germany. I was not able to choose the shipping details: "Please contact our support." After some explanations I got the answer, that the bottle must be repacked. I got an another email to proceed online. The system said again: "Please contact our support." I contacted the support again, First I got the answer, it will work now. The system said again: "Please contact our support." One day later after some very detailed informations, how I had to go through your website, I found the next step. Paypal paying worked ok. A few days later DHL informed about the customs and taxes I had additonally to pay again. In the end I paid for this bottle in total ca, 180 Euro (shop price 80 pounds, forward2me 39 pounds, DHL customs 47 Euro)!
I know this before, but there surely some customers not aware of this. You should inform your customer in advance!

We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied, however, as per our terms of trade, section 8, from our website, all shipments that are dispatched through our services are sent under the delivery terms of 'Delivered Duty Paid' or 'Delivered At Place' with all of the tracked couriers from all of our available warehouses. We don't have the accreditation to carry out the customs clearance and calculate the duties for the goods in advance. Any duties and taxes owing for shipments upon import into the destination country would be the responsibility of the receiver to pay. If you are disputing the total duties and taxes that have been charged for your shipment, it is the responsibility of the receiver to contact the courier from the destination country to review the charges further. We are not responsible for any duty and tax rates that are applied for shipments in the destination country and all duty and taxes rates do vary from country to country.
All alcohol repacking and shipping from any of our warehouse locations has to be handled by our Customer Experience team so we can firstly determine if we can offer a shipping service for the alcohol to the required destination country, please note we can only offer DHL for alcohol shipments, and we also need to ensure the correct repack and shipping instructions are provided to the warehouse team when they are preparing the alcohol for transit with the couriers.

The consignment arrived damaged in terms of the manufacturer's packaging. Severe kinks, and wear and tear on the packaging of items. Several items of the consignment were unsealed WITHOUT my permission. Most of the items had a quality check seal which was broken upon delivery. However, no products were damaged. Paid For a premium service known as Protect+ and opted for Optimise for Safety prior to shipping to ensure careful dispatch. No safety measures at all were noted: The Optimise for Safety option was clearly DISREGARDED and the Combine and Repack service team RECYCLED the same Amazon Box(thin cardboard box) that contained the initial inbound order. There was no cushioning on the inside. All items were closely packed and stacked together. Unacceptable Service, provided a huge amount of money spent to get it to me in pristine condition. Would definitely NOT recommend their service. Several other counterpart services were used in the past and, I NEVER had a consignment that arrived physically damaged to me.

If we do this, we will re-package the Goods so they are packaged to a similar standard to when we received them. Although we will use reasonable endeavours to avoid doing so, you acknowledge that as part of this inspection we may have to break the seals on some Goods.'

I had 4 orders I asked to combine and repack this was in September, my order was shipped and never arrived after contacting your support several times I didn't get any clear answer, well at last my package was in Zoll custody for a mistake in the customs declaration... A paper bag has the wrong code! That was the reason my package was returned to you after struggling for a while they finally found out my packages was returned and asked me again to repack as apparently the package was not safe and items could go lost or damaged, so I complained as this package was already repacked by you! After long altercations finally I got my package yesterday November 17th, well an item is unfortunately missing although I asked before sending to check if everything is complete, on top of it the documents from my deliveries were not in the box, I even sent a detailed list which items should be inside, your service is terrible I wouldn't recommend anyone to use your service, and I honestly hope there is another company who offers the service! It was an awful experience overall!
